  2. When you are delegatee and you have some specific roles assigned it happens that invoices appear twice in your inbox. This view is inconvenient and create a bad impression of important workload for end-user.
    Could it be possible to make the invoices appear only once if we keep the status messages when opening it?

  3. Today we can't see (in the connection step) the tax code related to the orders imported to Medius.
    We can see that first in Analyze step.
    For us in our daily work it help us a lot to be able to see the tax code already in the connection step.
    The information is already in Medius, we just need the possibility to add that column in that view.

  6. Currently you can restrict text and text area fields field length in approval documents however not for numeric fields. Some information for which you use numeric fields (e.g. a supplier reference number, identification numbers, ..) however have a certain maximum or a dedicated length. So it would be helpful to restrict also this field length.

    P.S.: The current setting for numeric field is to show decimals even if not needed. If in the settings you could set, whether the value requires decimals or not it would be nice to have.

  7. We would like MediusFlow to enable us to use the function "Automatic coding of balancing" with different DIM1 accounts. One account for positive booking and one different for negative booking.

    In our Romanian subsidiary there is a legal requirement that booking of rounding/balancing should be done on different DIM1 accounts depending on if the balancing amount is positive or negative.

  8. currently there is no possibility to have a status information for document approvals in reporting as you have it for invoices. only possibility is to add current status, however for invalidated or archived invoices this information is blank. So no possibility to filter/monitor from report status of these approval documents. So status information is a missing information that should be added.

  9. It would be great to be able to comment roles in a commentbox.
    We work with roles setup for our departments where serveral employees work with all cases in a role inbox. So we want to be able to send an invoice comment to that role.

  10. Currently there is no dashboard function available for document approvals, which is inconvenient for normal users to follow up and search for documents.
    Additionally you can't use "control center" function. The button is available however when you set control center to a document you get a blank page, which is useless.
    Dashboard function should allow to search (filter) on company, document number, document type, the relevant (custom) fields, label.

  11. Currently search functionality for document approvals is quite limited and give poor results. It should be possible to find documents in search function by their document number, document approval type and the information in the fields.
    In a way you should be able to find a document like an invoice in search directly (without making a workaround over (advanced search) reports, which is for ordinary users not very convinient)

  12. We plan to use document approval for c commercial documents that can be related to a supplier. For this it would be very convenient to have the possibility to add the supplier (from invoice master data) to a document as you can do this for all types of invoices, purchase orders or contracts.
    Currently there is only the possibility to link such documents to e.g. a specific invoice but not to find this document under supplier search or reporting.

  13. Currently you are not able to enter a link to another document (e.g. invoice, contract, another document, ..) immediately when you set up the document. You need to take an intermediate step to save it as a draft and then you can add a link. This intermediate step is inconvenient - you should be able to create and distribute the document in one step

  14. Miss function to send the (attached) documents to specified users per mail as this is possible for expense invoices, contracts, .. directly out from the document.
    This function is quite helpful to inform or instruct users on a created document what to do or what is expected from them. Also when it comes to follow up or monitor pending documents.

  15. All our invoices are provided with an accounting template based on the users (dimension 2 and 4) for convenience. If the user then wants to use another accounting template or use latest coding instead, he first needs to delete all of the existing coding rows. We want to be able to replace the existing coding by just marking the rows and choose apply latest coding/accounting template.

  16. When you make the coding of the invoice, it should be possible to see all entries (rows), today it is limited to 10 rows per page.

  17. We have noticed that if an invoice is approved by another user than the user shown as authorizer for the invoice line, the user name on the invoice does not change.

    To provide an example: One company has two employees (User A and User B) with approval rights. An invoice is at the approval stage and the user who has been assigned, by the business rules of MediusFlow, as authorizer is User A. However, User A is away and asks User B to approve the invoice. User B approves the invoice but on the invoice line, the name of User…

  19. We have found that PO based invoices appearing in Post Control are not always fully balanced. This might be due to that e.g. a freight cost has not been coded/caught by any exception. We would like unbalanced PO based invoices to be haltered and managed in the Analyze step (as in Mediusflow 10) so that in our case the Procurement department are forced to book/accept e.g. the freight cost.
    Since it is our Finance department in some of our subsidiaries who final book PO based invoices they are not always aware if any un-coded freight cost is OK to pay…

  20. Currently there is no function to send a (separate) reminder/mail notification to a user AND his/her boss in case, that an invoice is untreated within a certain time frame standalone.
    There is just a function to push forward this invoice to the user's superior (manager) combined with a mail notification on that. Basically this function is good but it might be unwished or unnecessary to do so, in particular if this process would lead that all untreated invoices are ending up in top management's inbox for action.
    Better would it be to have a standalone reminder to the approver and…
