  1. I kolumner för indikationer där vi ser en pratbubbla om det finns en kommentar på fakturan. Att istället för att man ska behöva peka på pratbubblan för att se hur många kommentarer som finns, där kanske man istället kan lägga till en fast siffra direkt efter/innan pratbubblan för att indikera hur många kommentarer som finns på fakturan.

  2. In case of invoices of very high value it's needed to enforce approval by more than one senior user.

    Each such invoice or line above a limit defined should be approved by at least two people who both have authorization limit above the invoice amount.
    That is similar to 4EP but in case of 4EP it's enough that only one of the approvers has the authorization limit above certain threshold.

  3. Hi,

    Sometimes invoices are scanned as the wrong type of invoice, e.g. Expense instead of Orderbased.

    When one is "invalidating and editing" an invoice I would wish for a discount column between the unit price column and total amount column.

    We have several suppliers from which we get different discounts. When one writes the unit price, the total amount becomes erroneous since there is no way to enter the discount.

    A possibility to enter the discount percentage would make editing more efficient since one would not have to sit and calulate the right total amount by oneself.

  4. If an invoice is sent to supervisor due to being escalated, that supervisor should have the right to approve the invoice. It really doesn't make sense to not have this as an option.

  5. The inbox needs to be revamped. It is so hard when we are processing hundreds of invoices a day and there are items for review, distribution, final integration errors, etc. all under the same inbox.

    I think you should be able to have different headings and those invoices then fall under those headings. This would help make things more clear.

    I also think if you're an approver and supervisor - you should be able to see what was escalated to you vs what you need to approve vs what you need to review.

    We have a request regarding the using of Mediusflow :

    • we would like that all the commentaries saved on the invoices from a supplier appear when we make an export of them under Excel. Is it possible ?

  9. Should be able to have more options on reminders.
    - Weekdays (and ie also during workhours, then the weekends and evenings will be free from reminders.
    - Specific time
    - On specific business days


    Possibility to change the “Every 1d” to new option “Every 1 WORKING day” (or Business Hours). We experience that users delete notifications without looking especially on Mondays, because on Monday morning they receive 3 notifications (Saturday+Sunday+Monday) and we are not working on Saturday+Sunday.

  11. If we have a group of invoices that are listed under a PO # and that PO is out of funds and a new PO # is created, we have to go into each invoice individually to change the PO # that the invoice is associated with. Or if a group of invoices come in without a PO # and fall into the Expense invoice section, we have to individually invalidate and edit to include the PO #. We would like the ability to do this for the entire group.

  12. The use case is for Employees working as Sales Rep, and using MediusFlow on their ipads/phones. They would love to be able to create Document Approvals (used for the Travel Expense flow) directly from the mobile interface.

  14. The app: After handling an invoice, one should automatically enter the next invoice in the list, instead of going back out to the overview of all the invoices in ones inbox. This would speed up the authorization process.

  18. Temporary delegations should disappear automatically when the time expires. Right now, it becomes difficult when you try to deactivate a person and get an error message because the person is assigned as someone's delegation from earlier - so you have to manually clean it up before you can deactivate the user.

  20. Current situation:

    1. Our approval workflow concept is organized that way, that the 2nd approver is identified by the user who is set as owner for dimension 2 (Cost Center).
    2. The user who is set as owner for dimension 2 (Cost Center) is the Cost Center owner as per our official Governance guideline, which allows that Cost Center owners can be the same person (user) for a. the same Cost Center across multiple entities or b. several Cost Centers for one entity or c. several Cost Centers for several or all entities.
