  2. Use due date as it is on the invoice rather than calculate it from invoice date and payment term. Or make it optional which one is determinative.
    It is very confusing when due date can change when the invoice is sent to ERP.

  3. In order to properly assign Tax amount line for VERTEX calculation, we need add "Tax group" in the Enterprise - Automatic Coding - Automatic coding of tax

    Currently, we need use multiple Business rules, separate for PO and for NON-PO in order to properly match tax line (attached screen "tax group")

    If this option will be available, we will not need business rules and it will be system solution.

  4. When using Four eyes principle we would like for the first approver to be notified if the second approver rejects the invoice. Currently the first approver has no knowledge unless they routinely check to see if Archived.

    When importing routing table excel files to Medius, no timestamp is saved / visualized for the users. This missing feature is creating problems related to...

    • We need to on a very regular basis upload new versions of the routing table due to staff changes internally and new dimensions being created in our ERP.   7. Allow the ability to choose document type when configuring restriction rules. For example, we want to apply restriction rule to only non-PO invoices to enforce that the memo field on the coding line is populated. The memo field can be blank for PO invoices.

  9. We are only using two dimentions in MF.
    Dimention 1 = GL account and Dimentions 2 = CC
    Normally we have only given the user access to one or a few CC´s.
    We would like to be able to give a user access to extra CC´s when booking on a specific GL account.
    But those CC´s should not be possible to use in combination with other GL accounts.

  10. We would like to be able to filter the inbox by items we do not want to see. Show everything except... Also, would be helpful to be able to filter where more than one criteria have to be met in order to be displayed in view. An example would be showing all items for a specific supplier and label instead of showing all items for that vendor and all items for that label.

  13. Add Description to G/L Code as well as Coding Number. It's hard to know what the GL code is alone if you don't have every GL code memorized.

We need a user forum that we can bounce questions or ideas off of other users of the platform - Support is generally justa FAQ referral to something that may or may not be helpful - the FAQ section is usually written to a higher comprehension level than I have of the Medius software as well. A live interactive forum would be amazing to talk to other users to see what they do in a certain situation that is "normal" or need advice.

  15. The ability to add two, potentially more custom list items to the invoice header, where List1 you would select a header category, and that would filter the items in the second list. We currently have very large lists, which are difficult to find items in them. Having the ability to select a category in one list, that would select the relevant sub categories in the second list would make things much easier.

  16. Hi,

    When handling invoices and routing/approving them we always use the text-box to fill in some details about the invoice. Unfortunately the textbox is so small that if you write longer texts not all of the text will be seen from an overview layout (you have to go into the textbox manually and scroll to the end in order to see the full text). When controlling that everything is correct while approving it is time consuming to scroll to the end everytime to make sure all the correct details are in the textbox.   17. Since both the coder and approver tasks are labeled as 'Approve', it is not possible to identify which invoice need to be coded and which should be approved.

    If we obtain the previous handler's name or task name, it will be helpful in determining the required action when the same person performs both coding and approving."
