  1. Create a separate scheduled job to send out escalation notifications. Currently, this notification is included in the ReminderSenderJob. We need a separate job in order to adjust the repeat time for escalation notifications.

  2. Request to improve invoice escalation notifications. After an invoice has been escalated to the supervisor, if the supervisor does not address it after x days then it is escalated to their supervisor.

  3. Current priority for invoice line connection:
    1. Detail
    2. LineTotal
    3. Exception type

    Our proposal:
    1. Exception type
    2. Detail (all invoice lines)
    3. LineTotal

    1. We have experience that PO and GR automatically connects to invoice lines with rounding or other charges on LineTotal connection. If the priority changes, and exception type has prio 1, this will not be an issue any more.

    2. Current priority for automatic connection on invoice line is one invoice line at time. If system fails to connect on Detail, it tries to connect the same invoice line on LineTotal. See example in uploaded file why…

  4. We would like to add a step to the current approval flow of an invoice where the registered “owner” of a cost center and/or project gets to approve the invoice after the first approval before the invoice is returned to the original approval flow. The reason for this is that we have invoices that are handled in a central purchasing flow (e.g. IT-hardware) where the invoice is approved by the IT department and if the invoice is accounted on e.g. the finance department, the CFO will not see the invoice during the approval flow.

  5. A simple idea that when you've entered a approver in the box, it would be nice to have a little icon next to it which shows who the next approver will be after that person approves the invoice.

    This would be very useful in our case were we are currently implementing and using the routing table and Pre-Approved reference to automate our invoices.

    This would be a quick way to check if the settings we've applied are working correctly and the routing is working as we intend it to.

  6. Make it possible to delete an attached file on incoming e-invoices created by user "System". Sometimes when e-invoices are recieved they include an attachment. Sometimes these attachments are completly wrong and with confidential information and should be deleted. Today you can only delet files you have uploaded by yourself.

  7. Could Medius add the possibiltiy to configure the length of the column for Labels in invoice inbox? Sometimes you need to have multiple labels on one invoice and today there is no good overview of multiple labels on one invoice in the invoice inbox, see example attached.

  8. Add a column in the invoice inbox that will show comments on the invoice.
    This will save time as you wouldn't need to click on the invoice to be able to see the comment.

  9. If there is PO. connected to one item and it goes to "analyze" step for some reason but there is no GR. then (if the "Block deviation approval if GRs are missing" is set to YES) you can not approve the deviation.

    But if there are more lines and one of them is not connected to any PO. but the invoice is in analyze step - you have the opportunity to "approve" the deviation although there is no GR.

    If no PO. connected it means no GR - the rule above ("Block deviation approval if GRs are missing") should consider…

  10. Similar to adjusting the size of the invoice image or other column sizes, it would be helpful to be able to increase/decrease the length of the comment box. Some comments can be quite lengthy and difficult to view until after the comment is saved.

AP and Approvers would like to be able to copy text from the invoice image when coding the invoice in distribute or approval stages so they don't have to manually type it - for instance copying part of a line description such as a user name or a header reference (which isn't captured as part of capture process) from the image and then paste it as plain text into a free text dimension field when coding.

  14. It would be very useful to have a tab in the invoice approval screen that acts like a dashboard that shows all historical invoices for just that vendor. This would help ensure a more thorough approval process.

  17. Pre-Approval functionality is limited to specific fields. Would like to be able to consider invoices pre-approved based on more criteria, including custom fields.

    Also, currently pre-approval determination happens when invoices are captured so we can not base pre-approval determination on information added during coding and route phases. We would like to be able to consider an invoice pre-approved when coding to specific accounts even if that coding is being manually applied during the route step.

  18. We often have to sum up multiple invoice lines to code the total to one account. We would like to be able to highlight the lines that are coding to the same account so the approver can easily see what is being totaled in order to verify these calculations.

    There is a draw and/or text tool available that we could use to accomplish this, but changes made on the invoice image with the draw tool do not save for others to view. I understand the desire to protect the integrity of the original invoice, but I think highlighting would allow…

  19. Capture automatically rotates invoices for OCR, but does not save this alignment. In route step we can rotate the invoice image, but can not save for other users to view the proper alignment.

    Would like to be able to have the alignment from Capture step save or be able to rotate and save alignment during route step.

  20. In North American, is it very comment to have cutoff dates on discount due date. For example, vendor would provide discount term 2% 15th month following net 30 days of month following with cut of date on 25th of every month.

    If an invoice is issued between 1st to 25th of August, the discount due date is the 15th of September, net due is 30th of September.

    If an invoice is issued between 26th to 31st of August, the discount due date is the 15th of October, net due is 30th of October.

    Medius currently dose not have cutoff option…
