  1. It should be possible to edit all default email templates in the system to make them more consistent with the individual company style, ideally including branding, and to make them more informative for the recipient.

    The templates should be set at admin level and apply to all modules, e.g. events, contracts and activation emails. (I know it's possible to edit emails in Sourcing, but they have to be imported individually to each event which is of limited usefulness.)

  4. It would be nice to have "is not" on current handlers in the reporting tool, rather than having to add all the handlers removing the one I don't want and then having to maintain the report as soon as we get a new joiner to the team.

  5. Currently in the Expense invoice Inbox it does not show who the current approver is (either role or person). This would be helpful to allow users that might have multiple roles that they are responsible for to more easily identify invoice categories. This is also helpful for admin users that see all invoices but also approve specific invoices themselves. For example, a user may have one supplier for multiple locations, but will have to click into each invoice to see which location vs the role that identify that for them.

  8. The permission groups were introduced a while ago, but until today there is no report option available to do follow ups or analysis. I suggest to have a similar report function like the exisiting "User - Authorization groups" report .

Förslaget är att dem utvecklar vidare mobilklienten/alt. utvecklar en app för mediusflow där alla nuvarande funktioner finns men där även användare med funktionaliteten ”Slutkontroll” kan se, korrigera och slutboka fakturorna utan att va bunden till en dator/laptop. I dagsläget går det endast att se fakturor man har för egen attest, per användare. Tänker att dem borde kunna slå på den rollen så det är ”mina uppgifter” likt en attest? Det är ju en form av slutattest.

    Vi på ekonomiavdelningen har ju absolut mest fakturor att hantera i hela organisationen så vi bör ju prioriteras upp så man kan hantera lite…

  11. It would be nice to have an automatic report that generates current day to only previous 3 business days rather then just the previous days or current day. There are no options to include both. It is just one or the other.

  12. Vi skulle behöva kunna söka fram alla öppna fakturor hos en viss användare för att sedan på ett enkelt sätt kunna skicka vidare alla eller delar av dem till en annan användare. Vore även bra om man då kunde göra sökning på dimensionsnivå i de fall användaren har attestbehörighet till två olika och man endast ska skicka vidare en av dimensionerna till ny användare.

    Idag kan man ta ut en rapport för att se vilka fakturor som ligger hos användaren, men sedan måste man gå in på var och en av fakturorna för att skicka dem vidare. Tar väldigt lång…

  13. Hi all,

    We're using the functionality of the adjustments requests a lot, now want want to see in the reporting which AR is related to which PO/shipment. In the old advanced search we can find it, see attachment, only the field "identifier" in this attachment is not visible in the new report tooling, please advice!

  14. We can filter the invoice coding report based on created date but it would be more helpful to be able to filter this based on the archived date as well as having the archived date available in the date field.

  15. Hi,

    It will be great when we can give our suppliers a log in and that they can only see there own invoices. Now they will call or mail us about open invoices or payments. When they can check the status by themselves it will save us a lot of work. The supplier notifications are not workable for us, if you will put this on you will only get more questions from suppliers, for example why they didn't receive the notification for invoices which they have send.

    I am raising this idea on behalf of customers that use API rules taking place after invoices capture. Today customers cannot adminitrate this API rule and it is a feature I would like to add in our administrator rights.

  17. In order to target chokepoints and improve automation it would have been very useful to have a report showing all invoices that have been through document import and the corresponding reason.

    If each error message is given a code the report could show the invoice and the correspodning code which could later be checked against a list of error messages either directly in Medius Flow or in the success portal.

    This feature will enable us to target the chokepoints and improve automation with much greater accuracy than today.

  18. In our environment, MediusFlow application authenticates using SSO. The logout option in MediusFlow does not trigger a Global Log Out. In the event where a user clicks the log out button on a shared device and does not close the browser, the application can be accessed by whoever uses the shared device next, with permissions to approve / reject pending invoices and browse past workflow items. This is a security issue and must be fixed by MediusFlow.

    There is a risk that a vendor could send fraudulent invoices and work together with an employee to approve these and initiate payments.…

  19. When you apply dimensions in an attest group I would like it to automatically be sorted by number. With many different dimension in each group it is easy to register a dimension twice and the list is unnecessarily long. It would be easy to see that all dimension is correct if the list is in number order.
