  2. From the new Home menu Overdue Invoice gadget it would be nice to select the count which would link to and run a report showing those invoices.

  3. It would be really use to be able to use the fields within the Task Report to report on open items (either within the current Task Report or as a new report). This would be useful to identify items nearing the SLA time.

  4. We would like a report or a feature of some sort in order for us to see all settings one user has in order for us to review. At the moment we have different settings in different levels and it's not easy to see if someone is set as temporary delegation f.e. So an overview where ALL settings are gathered would be great.

  5. Current requestors for user accounts do not have report access to the user related data because that's hard coded restricted to admin and user admin roles. We think these requestors should be able to see the current user setup (supervisors / authorization groups / roles) to allow them to make proper new user account requests.

    We would like to have the access to the user data sources be brought to one or more roles so we can assign these roles to the decentral user access requestors and restrict the access to their own companies.

  6. Mention - It would be nice if we could get a message after someone has been mentioned in a comment field and this person has an autoresponder in their email. Today it is impossible to see it.

  8. We have done an analysis of the most common reason for invoices stopping in the document import. We see that the most common reason is due to duplicate suppliers in ERP(Suppliers with identical org.number and bank account/IBAN). Also several suppliers use the same banck account(Suppliers using factoring). By deleting duplicates from ERP, and setting suppliers inactive in Medius Flow we can do a lot, but in a large system with a lot of franchises which changes employees quite regularly duplicates is a recurring problem.

    To solve this issue, a "Smart" supplier match would be great. When the invoice is imported…

  9. Numerics fields are right-justified in most systems and countries. It should be like that at least when using swedish format, in all dashboards, reports etc.

  10. On user related reports set up for monitoring (e.g. user roles, authorization groups, follow up groups, ..) it is good to have the information when the user was created (time stamp) in order to filter on e.g. newly created users. Since we have some hundreds of users with a lot of related roles, authorization groups etc. it is good to have a filter to reduce the output list in order to speed up creation of report and review of the results.

  11. In current advance search a report can be created on which follow up groups are added to a user. This report is lacking in the new reporting tool. Since follow up groups are an essential user right we need to monitor that. Once we would be forced to migrate from advance search to reporting tool this report must be available.
    Report should contain following values:
    1. User (First name, Last name, user name)
    2. Follow up company (or level)
    3. Follow up group (assigned to 1)

  14. Vi vill ha ett extra fält för kommentarer som man också ska kunna se i Dashboard. Det är lite jobbigt om man söker efter en speciell faktura i Dashboard och måsta öppna en efter en för att se om det är den man är ute efter. I det extra kommentarsfältet kan man lägga text som underlättar vid sökning.

  15. It is possible to create with standard dashboard template an overview of current situation of temporary delegation (absence handling) set with information on Company: User name, Delegatee, Delegation started, Delegation ends.
    It is however not possible to download this information to Excel or PDF as you can do it for other dashboard results, e.g. on invoices. For documentation purposes (e.g. audit) or investigation it can be useful to have this downloaded/stored.

  16. When you create follow-up groups I want to be able to exclude for example dimensions that you don´t want the user to see (this is possible when you create authorization groups). Today you have to enter all dimensions that the user should be able to see. This results in almost impossible set-up concerning dimensions (for example account - dim 1) where you have a lot of variants. It would be much easier if the function allows to exclude, not only include dimensions.

  18. In release R123 the colour has disappeared for invoice labels in the drop down view. We want it back, since you still can see it in the overview of all invoices. Easier to find the right label with a colour.

  19. It would be very nice if we could have the option to send out a notification alert for a defined time to all users that lights up at the top of the Medius screen when the user logs into Medius, like last time your RnD has set up a notification as a system alert for language setting.

    An example could be that Year-end is nearing and as many invoices as possible need to be approved.
