drag n drop attachment
I would like to be able to use drag and drop when I add attachments to invoices. This is possible in Document Approval but not when I add any documents on the invoice.

Rapport
Det hadde vært fint om en kunne hatt alle alternativer tilgjengelig når en skal lage rapport. Dvs at en ikke velger rapportkategori, men kan sette opp rapport basert på alle alternativer på tvers av rapportkategori under filter og felt.

Dashboard - Put on Hold
We are missing the functionality to search for invoices in Dashboard that have been Put on Hold.
This added functionality should be added as a search criteria, and also shown on line level in invoice grid.

Home view is unnecessary - Change it to show Medius Status Dashboard instead
To get more information on the same place, I would recommend to change the Home view in Medius into Medius Status Dashboard page instead.
Therefore we would have important status information and the system in one place.4 votes -

When you download an invoice from Medius and send it by mail, the answer is not sent. Better to have a "no-reply"-adress so user doesn't get confused.

Possibility to hide comments and attachments or make 'confidential' comments
If a user is granted access to view an invoice you can see all comments and attachments typically via a follow up group. Sometimes it would be useful to be able to hide comments and attachments in order to keep sensitive/confidential info to that invoice. So I would suggest to implement a functionality where you have the possibility to hide that info or being able to make a 'confidential' comment to an invoice.

Change Business Log Report in "User configuration"
Split report "User configuration" into two different reports. One called "Substitute" for temporary delegation and the other one called "Changes in authorization matrix".

Invoice Reporting - Allow "processing type (Automation)" to be added as a column
It would be great to be able to add "processing type (Automation)" i.e. if the invoice processing was touchless or not into a normal invoice report. I am currently running a number of report to get KPI's calculated and this would remove the need for multiple reports.

Switching from "New" Reports to "Advanced Search"
We notice that there is still a link on top of the reports / advanced search to the other report type. Wouldn't it be possible to remove that or the create 2 different pages with 2 different buttons where you can click on?

New user
It would be a timesaver if we could get an email every time a new user is imported to Medius and when a user ends up in Import managent as not successful.

Data Dictionary of fields in the reports
I would like a data dictionary of all the fields. Example: Processing status means what and is used for what purpose. Date fields. Why are there so many different dates? Register date. if this is the same as created date. The advanced reports do not map back to the name of the fields in the report so it would also be nice if the names of the fields and use of the query in the advanced reports can map back to the normal reports so users can use it as a guideline.

Read-only roles defined according to Access Keys
It should be possible to create a role and define availability so a user can be e.g. Read Only but not perform action on the task.
We have a specific issue that some users should be allowed read only for e.g. the Access Key added to the role 'Integration queue handler role', so they can see invoices in integration status, but not change/press any buttons.
There is currently no availability to make create a read only role covering this.

TAX Control
Default value in the TAX control sholuld be scanned TAX and not calculated because in most o the case it is the scanned tax there is correctly.
Default vid momskontroll borde vara tolkad moms och inte framräknad, då den tolkade momsen i 99% av fallen stämmer. Den framräknade momsen ska istället ligga som en notis som man kan klicka på för att acceptera. Idag får man manuellt skriva tillbaka den tolkade momsen, vilket tar tid och är en stor potentiell felkälla maa handpåläggningen.

Role-based home screens - Approval
The way the system works today is that all users have the same role-based home screen. In today's solution, this screen is adapted to how accounting staff work. I think the screen for a CEO or other senior executives should look different. I think that it should be less focus on accounting details (GL Account, cost center or other dimensions) and more focus on history tab. Who has done what in the workflow is more important It may also be considered whether there are other roles in the organization that should have their own customized home screen.

Ability to reply to comments
As a user in charge of reviewing and approving documents in Mediusflow, I would like that when I'm posting some comments, the responder should have the ability to reply to the comments so if I ask comments to multiple responders I can easily see the different answers along with the original query.
If the responder received the comment per email because it has been mentioned in it, he should be able to reply to the email and the reply will be added to a reply to the comments.

Windows management options
AP clerks typically have 3 screens split visible at once on their workstation while they are reviewing/coding invoices in MediusFlow.
Add the option to split / resize / anchor or float those 3 screens in separate or assembled windows to make work easier and more ergonomic.4 votes -
reporting tool - report function available for document approval tool
Currently document approval module is not integrated in the reporting function. It is only possible to create reports in advance search. For the case we would be forced to migrate from Advance search to report function we would need the capability to create reports on documents from document module (given that we need to monitor them).
Following values are needed for the report:
1. Company
2. Custom Text Field 1 - Supplier name
2. Document Number
3. Document Type
4. Current Task
5. Current Handler
6. Created Date
7. Custom Date field 1 - receipt date
