  1. Add tracking and reporting of changes to document validation rules, company-wide settings, and anything else that could impact how transactions are systematically routed, stopped, etc. This is important for SOX requirements.

  2. We have a vendor. Let us say that the vendor's name is H.C. Andersen. When searching for the vendor, we need to start writing H.C. A to find it. If we write "Andersen" then the vendor does not pop up in the dashboard field.

    However, we would like to find the vendor also by searching for "Andersen". So if we type "Anders" then "H.C. Andersen" will pop up.

  3. In order to improve accrual reporting can we have the delivery note field added to Reporting. Our current Medius accrual report does not capture this information and it would be helpful when trying to reconcile our Medius report to our open RNI report in D365.

  4. Currently, when reviewing coding for PO invoices, Dimension 1 only provides the text "PO Coding." It would be beneficial if the actual account from ERP was provided.

  5. Changes to various settings should be collected in a log where they could be reviewed later on. Especially user rights changes and supplier information should leave a traceable log on who did which changes and when. The change log could be behind the user or supplier in question, as a general log with filters, or accessible through to reports.

  6. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the GL account (Dimension 1) and all of our dimensions on expense-based and order-based invoices within the invoice line details reports. Right now we have to run 4 separate reports for our accruals. One for expense invoices, and then 3 for order-based invoices: Open invoice line details, PO Goods Receipts (for GL account (or item number)), and \PO Line Coding (for all other dimensions). It is so inefficient. It's ok if the Invoice line details can't pull in Item number if the PO is for an Item but why can't…

  8. Need Purchase Orders-coding to include line level delivery date since the coding is at the line level.

    I am trying to run a report to pull all PO lines that also includes coding fields, PO amounts, receipt amounts, and all relevant dates. I am using this report builder and selecting the Purchase Orders-Coding table. But, the Purchase Order: Due Date field is pulling the header due date. I need the line level due date since I am pulling it by line.

  10. We are missing the functionality to search for invoices in Dashboard that have been Put on Hold.

    This added functionality should be added as a search criteria, and also shown on line level in invoice grid.

  13. In Invoice Dashboard and Reporting the Identifier Field present in the Invoice Details Tab Payment Information Section is not currently available. Please make it reportable so it is easier to research check payment number with less clicks.

  14. Would like Medius to add the Option of "TIMESTAMP" in the reporting section. The Option of "Task Creation Date " is there would like Approval /Authorizer Date. The information is there, inside of the Invoice, you would just need to display an Option for Users to select on it and build a report including that info. I cannot image this being a difficult feature to add.

We are looking for additional options with the Task Assignment Report to help us see all invoices completed (Archived, Invalidated) within a specified timeframe (like a month) regardless of when the invoice was received, created or invoice date. When we use Created Date or Received Date, we will only see invoices that were created or received within the timeframe listed and are completed within that timeframe. This is limiting. We want to be able to filter on Archived Date, Final Posting, or another date that will give us everything completed in the time we select. Or a new report could…

  20. We need a report consisting of Approver's name and cost account (to which account the invoice is booked) in the same report.

    Currently those can only be selected on separate reports; whether you choose 'Create a new report with costs accounts' or report base 'Invoices handled by me' / 'Open invoices by the handler'.

    The report should include all the Approver's invoices of all time, not only those which are open at the moment.
