Current handler is not in reporting
It would be nice to have "is not" on current handlers in the reporting tool, rather than having to add all the handlers removing the one I don't want and then having to maintain the report as soon as we get a new joiner to the team.

On a general basis "is not" should be available on all filters, not just "is"
Because when we have hundreds of users "Is not" will be the logical choice most of the time
