  1. When clicking on the comments tab, regardless of document type (PR, Orderbased, or Expense Based Invoices) the cursor does not default to the comments box.

    Defaulting the cursor to positioned in the comments box, ready to type would add efficiency.

  3. Extend bulk update with a list to track which users or roles or whatever has been updated in the tab where you work, otherwise not visible what you have done/not done. Easier to track possible error when marking users and you get a clear picture of what has been.

    Business case:
    When bulk updating for instance a bunch of users with different roles in different companies it sometimes is hard to keep track of what you actually have marked to change. If there's a lot done at the same time you can easily miss something and when the bulk update…

  5. We have a vendor. Let us say that the vendor's name is H.C. Andersen. When searching for the vendor, we need to start writing H.C. A to find it. If we write "Andersen" then the vendor does not pop up in the dashboard field.

    However, we would like to find the vendor also by searching for "Andersen". So if we type "Anders" then "H.C. Andersen" will pop up.

  6. Currently when a tab of Medius is open after a duration of time the session ends. There is no notification to users as the window looks the same. Once the user clicks another object in Medius it then prompts the slow logging in again process. Instead of the current setup, when the user returns to the open Medius tab it should automatically start the logging in again process if the session timed out.

  8. If you open an invoice to see in dashboards, and then press back, you return to the first dashboard and then have to click to the right one if you have multiple different dashboards. It should return to the one that you did the search on.

  9. As a central finance function we do the AP for many different companies. In order to really get a true feel for how the function is performing we would need to have all purchasing data for all companies in the group taken into account in the AP Performance and Financial Control dashboards. Currently we cannot use many of the MediusFlow dashboads as they are not meaningful when analysing from a group perspective.

  12. I recently learned the Task Completion Time by User/Role only shows the invoices that were also created in that time frame. I would like to see a report that shows completion time for all invoices no matter when they were created or when they are being posted. I haven't figured out how to make this possible in a custom report either.

  17. Presently customers must run two reports and combine them in excel (outside of MediusFlow) to support their accrual requirements.

    1.Please add the field "Delivery Date" into the Purchase Order-Coding BETA report

  18. Hi,

    Is it possible to use a separator, e.g. ; or , to search for more than one value for dimension 2 please?

    For attached image, currently I am only able to search one dimension 2 value at a time.

    For example, how do I search for dimension 1 (420) linked to multiple dimension 2 values (e.g. 49410, 56110, 56410, 56420 etc) at the same time?

  20. Business case:
    The current function to go to the “Enterprise”, select the <level>/<company>, enter <responsible> and “save” is enough if you work with one or two companies and/or have everything on Root Level. User can have multiple companies and for instance Cost Centers on company level.

    Current behavior:
    If you need to update e.g. on company level – and unfortunately there are some cost centres that have country/region specific owner (Sales, Office) – you get crazy with the current function:
