    The e-mails sent from Medius need to align with our company's E-mail configuration/Policy.
    To achieve this, the following steps need to be taken:
    • Medius to support DKIM (generate and provide us (your customer) with DKIM keys, cname or txt)
    • Medius to be able to change return path in outgoing configuration.

    Example:
    Return-path today:
    Return-path
    bounces+11297728-8caf-name.name=sandvik.com@em.mediusflow.com

    Return-path after change:
    Return-path
    bounces+11297728-8caf-name.name=sandvik.com@itsmail.sandvik.com

  2. Add the ability to export to excel or Report on the details of Groups and Roles. For instance, I have a Follow up Group that I want to see the list of Suppliers that are assigned to that. I can only view those on the screen and they are in order that they were added. Supplier cannot be sorted, filtered, exported or reported on. Another example is an Authorization Group. We have one with a long list of Suppliers. I need to export those details to audit or problem solve.

  3. I'd like to be able to report on whether or not invoices have file attachments included or not.
    This would be used to audit procedures. For example, every Order Based invoice needs to have a file attachment. For us, the file attachment would be for the receiving paperwork.
    Expense invoices report that shows all Expense invoices and and indicator if there are file attachments

    I would be auditing to make sure that proper backup documentation is added to the expenses.

  4. Currently, MediusFlow will allow you to paste images onto documents via any field e.g when creating an Order based invoice, or in the Item Administration module. This means that pasting text from Excel also adds an image to the document as well as text to whatever field you are typing in.

  5. Many systems have a small question mark near each field that a user needs to complete. When selecting the question mark a pop-up of the definition of the field's intended use opens. This makes it easier to understand the fields on each form. Ideally, the administrator would be able to edit and customize any pop-up's to fit the companies unique use of the field.

  6. Hi, it could be great to add a chatbot in Medius so users can address an issue and be reffered to online documentation/videos directly inline with their concern.
    No all users consult online documentation because it is a very vast information database and they do no find info so easily so the bot would fill this gap.

  7. Currently we have a report on open and closed purchase order. In the report closed orders we cannot see by who and when the order was closed, would be good for audit reason to have this in a report

  11. Medius and Readsoft have all of this information, our tax team would love to be able to export this in a consistent, user-friendly format to assist with tax filings/audits. Readsoft seems to have the information in the best form, but the excel plug-in that lets you pull reports from Readsoft does not include the ability to export master data.

  12. In order to increase our automatic posting, we would like to ask if it is possible to create a document validation rule based on invoice date?
    Today it already exists for “stamp date”, and the request should look exactly the same, but than for “invoice date”.

    Reason: For Italian companies, coding needs to be changes manually if the invoice gets booked in another year. (Invoices still to be booked with invoice date before 01/01/2020)

  13. et finns ett behov att lägga till ett ytterligare periodurval i rapportverktyget.

    Det finns idag inte något fördefinerat urval i rapportverktyget för att kunna schemalägga en rapport som visar Rullande 12 månader från föregående månadsskifte.

    T ex har vi en rapport som visar genomsnittlig ledtid Rullande 12 månaders genomsnitt för den avslutade perioden.

    I CFO dashboard finns det ett motsvarande nyckeltal som visar 365 dagars rullande genomsnitt men utan att kunna välja att visa resultatet tom föregående månad som nyckeltal.

  14. When using follow-up groups we have to create follow-up groups containing dozens of suppliers. On creation, each supplier has to be added by hand one at a time. After creation, maintaining the suppliers in de created group is difficult beacause sorting of suppliers seems random and not all suppliers lists in one screen so you need to scroll through the suppliers. Also finding if a supplier is (already) listed in this list is just searching by hand in dozens of suppliers.
    Also possibility of using wildcards on supplier fields to add/include multiple suppliers would be handy.

  18. Is it possible to add additional fields in the invoice summary fields. E.g. Gross amount? Now we only have tax amount and net amount, but gross/total amount is an option that would be good to see.

  19. In dashbord "Omkostnadsanalys" you can choose companies, but the bars are still displayed for all companies to which you have access. No warning is given, and it is not certain that you find out that it does not work. The information says very little as you cannot control each company.

  20. When there are fewer than three letters, you can't find a supplier, it would be good if there was an explanation, so you don't think the supplier is missing. For better illustration, see Ascendo's function.
