  1. Ability to make users inactive when they have open documents

    Currently users cannot be made inactive when they have open documents. This creates audit issues when an employee has been terminated.

    Suggestions
    - User can be made inactive
    - Maybe a function to bulk transfer their open documents to another user

    As an administrator, you should be able to manage all documents even if someone has forgotten to leave or move from the document in Medius.

  3. Quicker refresh time on reports

    You issue a report at 1pm. Then you discover that you need to change coding on an invoice, you do the changes and then issue the report again at 1:05pm. The report does not update on new information, instead infrmation issued in report from 1pm are used again. If you issue the report again at 1:15pm, then the changes of the invoice will appear. So, quicker and immediately refresh time please.

  4. Improve the filters on reports

    When creating reports you can add filters which is great. Unfortunately the report filters (in edit reports) are insufficient, compared to the filters you can set on column names when you ran the report.

    For example: When you have run a report (with less then 2000 rows) you can click on the filter icon on the column name and select way more options than you can on the report filters itself. why are they not available in the edit report immediatly? This might help to overcome the 2000 row limit as well.

  8. reporting tool - have report on dimension responsible available

    In advance search we can create a report that shows us who is the (dimension) responsible for a certain dimension value (on which level). Since we use dimension as central assignment key in our workflow, the monitoring of the settings on these values is a key for us. In new reporting tool such report does not exist. When we need to migrate from advance search to new reporting function this report must be supported.
    The report should contain following data:

    1. [Medius] Dimension value (1,2,…6)
    2. Dimension [Dimension name, external id]
    3. (Dimension) Status
    4. (Dimension) Company
    5. Dimension responsible [user name]
    6. Imported Time stamp

  9. Multiple invoices in Gadget/invoices using separator

    I would like to be able to search for more then one invoice at one time in Gadgets/invoices by using a separator.
    As an example to input "4775; 4776" in final voucher number and then get both invoices in the search results.

  10. Calculate and split as 'excel formulas' directly in amount columns

    To be able to calculate and split amounts directly in amount columns when coding is being done, Just like excel formulas in excel. We can do that in our current ERP system and it would be great if we could do that directly in Medius.
    Example invoice has a number of taxi trips for the same person or the same coding on a collective invoice (samlingsfaktura). Instead of adding three separate lines with each amount we would like to add one line and calculate the amounts directly in the amount field like 555+234+789 into one sum and one line for…

    It would have been great to get a notification in Medius with a link (not only an email notification) if anyone @ me in a comment. So you're able to see it immediatly if you are working in Medius at the moment.

  14. variable filters on report

    Another nice feature would be to be able to adapt the filters without needing to edit the report. For example: report invoices for supplier x. would be nice to change the name of the supplier to supplier Y and rerun the report with the need to edit the report, save it and run it again.

  15. Ability to connect multiple namnes/alias to one user

    It would be great to have the possibility to connect multiple names/alias to one user. For example on an invoice the reference can be a car registration number. In this case we want to scan the reg number as reference and then on the user in MediusFlow say that User A has this number as an alias. So reference: ABC123 is an alias for User A and there if ABC123 is the invoice reference the invoice can automatically be distributed to User A.     We want to get a message when someone puts a new idea on the Roadmap Voting. Thereby it would be that you could chose which topics you want to get a message from.

    I think it would improve the use of the Roadmap Voting by all of your customers.

  18. Gadgets for Touchless must only use one date withing date intervall

    Gadgets for report of Touchless orderbased invoices are selected by: From Creation date and to Archive date.

    Since an invoice can be touchless, but waiting for goods received, the report will miss invoices that are created outside the scope and archived inside the scope.

    Example: I want to see how many invoices are touchless in october and how many invoices are touchless in november.
    Invoices created in october and archived in october will be reported in the gadget.
    Invoices created in november and archived in november will be reported in the gadget.

  20. Bulk handle notification settings by role instead of user by user

    Bulk maintenance of notification does not support role related maintenance - if you want to change all users of a specific role you need to find out which users have this role and tick on all users of this role - with view of dozens or hundred of users we have in GB the maintenance of settings is quite time consuming with that limitation (and open to human errors).
