  1. We'd like for the decimal places available to be handled for invoices, to be increased to at least five decimal places, ideally many more as defined.

    This is due to the working of invoices in the multi millions and splits resulting in decimals that are non-insignificant being lost to rounding.

  2. When we invalidate invoice (because of wrong order line, currency etc.) and change order lines, there would be great to have calculator to check if the total amount of lines is the same as net amount of invoice. We must calculate it manually and it sometimes takes so much lines in case we have a lot of order lines there.

  3. The idea is to track approval dates and help us understand where the delay is, by generating an excel we can see how we can improve, where the roadblock and prepare reports on this.

  4. We currently import purchase orders from our ERP if they are in “Received/Released”. If we manual close a purchase order in our ERP, it still shows up as available in Medius. We should be able to remove purchase orders from Medius that are in archive status so they are not available as "open" when connecting.

  5. A report that gives details of when a user last logged in to include the following
    columns - User Name, First Name, Last Name, Last Logged in date/time. And/Or add last login activity to the admin>user screen, similiar to how imported time is given.
    This is being requested because auditors don't just want to know when a user handled a document, but when they logged in and could therefore view data.
    This would also assist identify what users haven't logged in recently when wanting to focus updates to business configuration on those that have recently logged in.

  8. We should be able to assign coding lines within payment request templates that automatically populate (without (or with) a dollar amount). This should include all dimensions that we've assigned.

  9. When an invoice starts as an Order Invoice and is transferred to an Expense Invoice, the Order Number transfers with the Invoice but is not applicable to the Expense Invoice. The Order Number might have been incorrect or missing altogether but the Invoice is not applicable to that PO.

    Also, the order number field is not available to edit at this point. These invoices show up on reports/dashboards as belonging to the original order number.

    What needs to happen is we need to be able to edit the original fields or they need to clear.

  10. When you want to dispute an invoice to a supplier, instead using your mailbox, perhaps there should be an e-mail integrated within AP Automation that can contact the supplier directly.

    The correspondence would be stored in the comments (for example) and in the workflow. This would also inform your fellow colleagues to see what the status is about a certain workflow and whether an appropriate action was taken towards the stakeholders outside or within the organisations.

  11. I would want to be able to remove search fields that I don't use in Dashboard. Right now it is only possible to edit which columns in the search results that are shown, I would like the same for the search fields.

  13. When you send an email from within Mediusflow it comes from info@email.mediusflow.com but with an alias of the user's name. We have had employees respond to this email address and are not aware they haven't actually messaged the person they intended to. It would be a good idea if an automatic response could be sent from that inbox to tell the user it is an unmanned email address and to email their internal contact instead.

  15. A supplier can have multiple payment methods. For example, one invoice must not be paid due to direct debit, but the other invoice is on account and must be transferred electronically. This is often solved by creating multiple suppliers. We would like to keep only one supplier, even if the methods of payment may differ per invoice.

    We are looking for a dynamic solution in which the values of the method of payment are retrieved from the ERP tables of that company and can then be selected in Medius. Preferably, the standard from the supplier is filled in the relevant…

  16. The Tax Group field doesn't show all digits, so the view of longer tax codes is truncated. If possible, please expand the lenght of the field.
    In addition, is it not possible to look for a tax code using the tax code description and we can only scroll the dropdown list.
    It would be very helpful if we could view the tax code description (as happens for code string dimensions) when the mouse is on the tax group code, or by clicking the Info button on the tax group.

  17. Currently, in document validation rules when you create a rule with multiple Validation Blocks, it'll be "AND" for each of the blocks. So the rule will only stop if the invoice hits all of those conditions. It would be helpful to have an "OR" condition as well, where if it just met one of the list of conditions, it would stop the invoice.

  18. It should be possible to limit permission for creating new labels to a specific group of users.
    Currently there is already a vast number of labels in Medius for all our different companies and numbers are still increasing.
    That's why it would be very good to limit label creation, so that only a dedicated team can do this to avoid an uncontrolled growth.

  19. When pulling report data, the Past Handler field currently lists users in alphabetical order by name. This would be more beneficial to be sorted in the order that users worked the invoice.

    For example: Handler1 = Verified/created, Handler2 = Connected, Handler3 = Analyzed, Handler4 = Connected (if returned by Analyze), etc...

  20. When sending invoices for review, it would be great to be able to choose from some pre-selected comments. At our company, there are usually the same 3-4 reasons why invoices need to be reviewed. A function that let us save comments to choose from would greatly reduce the number of keystrokes during a day.
