automatic response from info@email.mediusflow.com
When you send an email from within Mediusflow it comes from info@email.mediusflow.com but with an alias of the user's name. We have had employees respond to this email address and are not aware they haven't actually messaged the person they intended to. It would be a good idea if an automatic response could be sent from that inbox to tell the user it is an unmanned email address and to email their internal contact instead.

Changing this address from info@ to something such as donotreply@ would be another good notification to users that their message will not be received.

Låter som du har fel mejladress på dig som användare? Om du har din egen mejladress i Användare - Allmänt så får jag mejl från min adress och inte info. Om jag taggar någon i en faktura så kommer det från info men då är ju poängen att kolla något på fakturan och svara personen oftast med att tagga personen o skicka en kommentar

Alternate solution is setting the reply-to header to the person who initiated the email.
