Currently, in document validation rules when you create a rule with multiple Validation Blocks, it'll be "AND" for each of the blocks. So the rule will only stop if the invoice hits all of those conditions. It would be helpful to have an "OR" condition as well, where if it just met one of the list of conditions, it would stop the invoice.
