  1. It should be possible to edit all default email templates in the system to make them more consistent with the individual company style, ideally including branding, and to make them more informative for the recipient.

    The templates should be set at admin level and apply to all modules, e.g. events, contracts and activation emails. (I know it's possible to edit emails in Sourcing, but they have to be imported individually to each event which is of limited usefulness.)

  3. Ability to close documents for users who have documents open in their inbox

    As an administrator, you should be able to manage all documents even if someone has forgotten to leave or move from the document in Medius.

  6. We would like to request that the development team consider the out-of-office/substitute function in the WAX portal. As the current step up, one couldn't allocate approval to the same approval level pool persons (for example: in one event approval hierarchy, there are three members ( AP 1, AP 2, AP 3), and if AP2 is on vacation or needs to assign his duties to AP1, AP1 needs to approve AP1, and after that, AP2 needs to approve AP2, but the current system doesn't have the capability to do the same. so please check the possibility of adding this.

  7. We have a need to create Follow up groups where we can restrict the user by creating complex structures, for instance Account - Dim1 - Dim2 - Dim3... We can now create Follow up groups with several lines and differens dimension, but every line is working as "OR". It would be useful to have the possibility to choose if lines should be "AND" or if they should be "OR". It would also be nice if the possibility to restrict suppliers together with accounts and dimension should be available, for instance Supplier ABC which has invoices with account 1234 and Dimension1…

  9. Det hadde vært fint om en kunne hatt alle alternativer tilgjengelig når en skal lage rapport. Dvs at en ikke velger rapportkategori, men kan sette opp rapport basert på alle alternativer på tvers av rapportkategori under filter og felt.

  10. We are missing the functionality to search for invoices in Dashboard that have been Put on Hold.

  11. To get more information on the same place, I would recommend to change the Home view in Medius into Medius Status Dashboard page instead.
    Therefore we would have important status information and the system in one place.

  12. We need a report consisting of Approver's name and cost account (to which account the invoice is booked) in the same report.

    Currently those can only be selected on separate reports; whether you choose 'Create a new report with costs accounts' or report base 'Invoices handled by me' / 'Open invoices by the handler'.

    The report should include all the Approver's invoices of all time, not only those which are open at the moment.

  13. There is not an Automatic Message to remind a user that a task such as approving or REVIEWING an invoice is waiting for them. There are automated messages for Review Completed and Review withdrawn. NO indication that there is a review waiting for them. It should be in the messaging that falls into their queue for other invoices with a task to perform, but it is not. Maybe there is a bug in the system.

  14. Change "info@email.mediusflow.com" to "noreply@mediusflow.com"

    When you download an invoice from Medius and send it by mail, the answer is not sent. Better to have a "no-reply"-adress so user doesn't get confused.

We are looking for additional options with the Task Assignment Report to help us see all invoices completed (Archived, Invalidated) within a specified timeframe (like a month) regardless of when the invoice was received, created or invoice date. When we use Created Date or Received Date, we will only see invoices that were created or received within the timeframe listed and are completed within that timeframe. This is limiting. We want to be able to filter on Archived Date, Final Posting, or another date that will give us everything completed in the time we select. Or a new report could…

  16. If a user is granted access to view an invoice you can see all comments and attachments typically via a follow up group. Sometimes it would be useful to be able to hide comments and attachments in order to keep sensitive/confidential info to that invoice. So I would suggest to implement a functionality where you have the possibility to hide that info or being able to make a 'confidential' comment to an invoice.

  19. The Temporary Delegation Dasboard does not allow you to download the information, and there is no report for it. We really need this functionality for multiple reasons. I read several other roadmap posts that claim this functionality has been released but this is not turning out to be the case.

  20. It would be nice to have "is not" on current handlers in the reporting tool, rather than having to add all the handlers removing the one I don't want and then having to maintain the report as soon as we get a new joiner to the team.
