Dashboard should have possibility to select a time line when you want to compare on time your results:

Get back to dashboard search list when looking at one invoice
When you have a search result in dashboard on for example one supplier, and you click into one of the invoices, there is no way to go back to the search list in dashboard. Only thing to do is to go backwards in you web browser, but in that way you always come to the first tab of dashboards, not the one you are working with. We would like a button to go back to search list.

Calculate and split as 'excel formulas' directly in amount columns
To be able to calculate and split amounts directly in amount columns when coding is being done, Just like excel formulas in excel. We can do that in our current ERP system and it would be great if we could do that directly in Medius.
Example invoice has a number of taxi trips for the same person or the same coding on a collective invoice (samlingsfaktura). Separate order types in touchless gadget
We have two different ways for an order based invoice.
- Stock – all goods is for our warehouse
- Indent – The goods is shipped directly to the costumer.
We would like to be able to separate this in the gadgets were we measure the touchless rate.

Jeg vil gerne ønske at jeg kunne:
1) Lave dashbords til automatisk at starte op i et valgt firma, som jeg angiver når jeg opretter Dashboardet.
2) Hvis ikke 1 kan lade sig gøre, så ville jeg gerne at dashbords startede op i Root selskabet og ikke i A/S

Felsöka i attestgrupper på användare
När man behöver felsöka bland attestbehörigheterna hos användare så hade det varit smidigt om man direkt från vyn över en användare (användare/gemensam data/attestgrupper) kunde klicka på respektive attestgrupp de är tilldelade och se exakta konton/dimensioner de är tilldelade i ett pop-up fönster.
Som det är nu måste man gå till sidan för attestgrupper och klicka in sig på rätt attestgrupp för att se vilka konton som är kopplade till en viss attestgrupp.

possibility to adjust mail notification templates to company specific needs (text, links)
Currently we lack a possibility to adjust mail notification templates to company specific needs - in particular:
1. have a company specific layout + texts (to support concrete explanation what actions the user is expected to do; current standard template is often not very precise on that)
2. add surname (currently a person is addresses only by his/her first name and no personal address

Tick box "mark all" marks only all lines in one tab but not in all tabs
This is valid for all possibilities in MediusFlow where you're able to "mark all" of something, users, notification, POs.

Bulk handle notification settings by role instead of user by user
Bulk maintenance of notification does not support role related maintenance - if you want to change all users of a specific role you need to find out which users have this role and tick on all users of this role - with view of dozens or hundred of users we have in GB the maintenance of settings is quite time consuming with that limitation (and open to human errors).

Extend bulk update with a list of what for instance what user have received what setting
Extend bulk update with a list to track which users or roles or whatever has been updated in the tab where you work, otherwise not visible what you have done/not done. Easier to track possible error when marking users and you get a clear picture of what has been.
Business case:
