  1. Have the ability to save settings on the main User screen

    so you could save the setting to default to active users and not all users

  2. Improve reports visibility - current handler and temporary delegation

    We noticed a very inconvenient setup in report involving temporary delegations and task affected to a role.
    If a user setup with this role create a delegation to another user with same role Reports will display the delegatee as responsible of invoices instead of the role itself. You cannot follow-up anymore on invoice current handler in this context.

  3. Possibility to "release/unlock" the invoice from user.

    It would be good, to add option to specially "release/unlock" invoice from your user, if you close that invoice.
    Currently system is keeping invoice locked to user for several minutes, even after it has been closed and does not allow editing invoice by other users.
    Often urgent actions are needed by others and no time to wait, before other users are able to proceed.

  4. set your temporary delegation via Mobile app

    It would be added value if mobile users had the option to set and maintain their temporary delegation, through the mobile app (for when they already left for vacation or turned sick and don't have access to their computer).

  6. Be able to browse from invoice to invoice in Archive Search

    When in Archive Search it would be great to mark the ones you want to look at and then view them and be able to browse in between. Current set up is that you can only look at one at the time.

  8. Free text search in the Dashboard

    Hi,

    I which that there was a free text search option in the Dashboard.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to search for specific words that you know are written on an invoice. Sometimes you do not have the invoice number nor know at what account or cost center the invoice is coded.

  9. User - add field 'last logon date'

    have an additional field "last logon date" on the user would be a great asset, as it would allow us to manage the inactive users and be compliant with the security policies. This field should be available in the reports so we can build reports on users who have not logged on for more than X months.

  10. Make it possible to sort on all columns in dashboards

    Currently it's possible to sort your dashboard search result on many columns e.g. vendor, dates, amounts etc. However it's not possible to sort on all columns and it would be very beneficial if you could also sort on columns like current task and current handler...or simply make it possible to sort on all columns. I know it's possible in reports but sometimes you just quickly want to have the option to do it in the dashboard as well.

  12. Ability to connect multiple namnes/alias to one user

    It would be great to have the possibility to connect multiple names/alias to one user. For example on an invoice the reference can be a car registration number. In this case we want to scan the reg number as reference and then on the user in MediusFlow say that User A has this number as an alias. So reference: ABC123 is an alias for User A and there if ABC123 is the invoice reference the invoice can automatically be distributed to User A. The alias should be handled on the user in MediusFlow so the user admins easy can add…

    We would like to use a hot-key for removing all coding lines on an expence invoice. All other command that we normally use for distributing invoices have a hot-key but not this one.

  17. Pop-up with info news/updates and/or general info to new users

    Pop-up info with, for example, news and updates (what has been improved etc.) in Medius,roved etc). Or a welcome message (which we can write and configure ourselves) to new users, with general info.

  19. Return to Advanced Search after adjusting invoice

    If one open an invoice in Advanced Search and makes an adjustment in some way, one should come back to Advanced search again afterwards, not end up on the start page. Results in unnecessary extra clicks.
