  1. Request to improve invoice escalation notifications. After an invoice has been escalated to the supervisor, if the supervisor does not address it after x days then it is escalated to their supervisor.

  2. Approvers need to be able to review and approve any/all payment requests from the mobile app. Currently they are only able to review and approve expense/order based invoices from the mobile app and payment requests are not visable.

  3. When I match the invoice to the Purchase Order I would like to see the name of the person who created the Purchase Order in SAP. It makes it easier when I write a comment on the invoice using @username to send the comment to the right person. Right now I have to check the PO in SAP and this is time consuming

  4. We really need a field for quantity and unit cost price on the expense invoices - it would be very useful to be able to enter basic information in this format, on top of the description. These fields should be then integrated to the finance ERP system upon the final integration.
    In our system FO Dynamics 365 they already exist, but cannot be populated from Medius.
    When manually registering an invoice you can populate q-ty. Then it auto-calculates the unit cost price. We would like something like this to be integrated from Medius (AP Automation)

  5. If there is data in the comment field, it should be auto-saved when sending.

    Alternate solution is popup asking "do you want to save the comment first" instead of just discarding it.

    Ideally this would be possible to toggle in business rules if the alternate solution is implemented.

We would like to add a step to the current approval flow of an invoice where the registered “owner” of a cost center and/or project gets to approve the invoice after the first approval before the invoice is returned to the original approval flow. The reason for this is that we have invoices that are handled in a central purchasing flow (e.g. IT-hardware) where the invoice is approved by the IT department and if the invoice is accounted on e.g. the finance department, the CFO will not see the invoice during the approval flow.

  8. As an admin user it is a basic function by other systems like this to have the option to delete a supplier (not only deactivate) and we would like to have this function in Medius system

  9. In North American, is it very comment to have cutoff dates on discount due date. For example, vendor would provide discount term 2% 15th month following net 30 days of month following with cut of date on 25th of every month.

    If an invoice is issued between 1st to 25th of August, the discount due date is the 15th of September, net due is 30th of September.

    If an invoice is issued between 26th to 31st of August, the discount due date is the 15th of October, net due is 30th of October.

    Medius currently dose not have cutoff option…

  10. Could Medius add the possibiltiy to configure the length of the column for Labels in invoice inbox? Sometimes you need to have multiple labels on one invoice and today there is no good overview of multiple labels on one invoice in the invoice inbox, see example attached.

  11. If there is PO. connected to one item and it goes to "analyze" step for some reason but there is no GR. then (if the "Block deviation approval if GRs are missing" is set to YES) you can not approve the deviation.

    But if there are more lines and one of them is not connected to any PO. but the invoice is in analyze step - you have the opportunity to "approve" the deviation although there is no GR.

    If no PO. connected it means no GR - the rule above ("Block deviation approval if GRs are missing") should consider…

  12. Suggestion:
    - to have this scrolling opportunity not only at the ends of the columns
    - opportunity to modify the column order (as far as I know by connection we
    do not have this opportunity we can just tick the columns what we would
    like to display)
    - opportunity to freeze panes/or top row (headers), first columns etc. like in
    an excel file

    Reason:
    If we have many PO. invoice lines then it is a hard work to check the item lines because we have scrolling options only at the end of the lines - vertically and horizontally also.

  13. Similar to adjusting the size of the invoice image or other column sizes, it would be helpful to be able to increase/decrease the length of the comment box. Some comments can be quite lengthy and difficult to view until after the comment is saved.

  14. We want to be able to code against a project and use the accrual schemes set up which is not possible today. Now we code against a balance account in MF and then in Dynamics 365 we have to do a manual general journal entry to expense the cost against the project in the correct period.

  16. I would like to have a summary of which suppliers a user is set as responsible for on the user. In that way it would be much easier to know which suppliers to change the responsible for, for example when a user is leaving and is being replaced by another user. I know you can create a report for this, but to have it directly on the user would be better.

  18. Make the "task" overview more detailed as authorize is both what you should handle yourselve and also escalation mails which you shall not approve. Also as admin user you see a lot of invoice not specific for you.

  19. Should be possible to use default VAT in those cases where there is no VAT-code on supplier. And only use VAT-code if there is a VAT-code on supplier. We don't want to use VAT-codes and calculation og VAT on all suppliers. Possibilitie to close the calculation and verificaiton of tax amount one some suppliers.

  20. Pre-Approval functionality is limited to specific fields. Would like to be able to consider invoices pre-approved based on more criteria, including custom fields.

    Also, currently pre-approval determination happens when invoices are captured so we can not base pre-approval determination on information added during coding and route phases. We would like to be able to consider an invoice pre-approved when coding to specific accounts even if that coding is being manually applied during the route step.
