  1. Showing the descriptions of the fields for the approvers, not only the numbers, for instance account name.

  2. The maintenance of exception type is difficult. We cannot upload them through excel. Also, imagine a situation where we have more than 50 exception types. in this scenario, we need to delete a specific exception type. if we have created multiple exception types, then we need to click from page to page to find the exception type to delete it. It takes time

    If exception types can be maintained with an excel file, just like the routing tables, then it would be much easier to work with the exception types

  3. Pressing back from an invoice in full screen mode, will open inbox from the top. If handling 100's of invoices (AP team) it requires a lot of scrolling to find the last/selected opened invoice. Would it be possible to automatically scroll to the selected invoice in the inbox when pressing back?

  4. We would like to have more functionality in the Routing-function:
    - Add wildcards (* and ?) for accounts and dimensions.
    - Add "last handler" so invoices should be routed depending on last handler.
    - Add functionality so invoices can be routed and classified as Exp. Invoices Orderbased Invoices or Recurring Invoices.

  5. Issue is for catch weight (Variable weight goods) such as meat, vegetables etc.
    At the moment when we have UoM conversions in SAP (i.e. Kgs to Cartons) Medius is only using the standard weight (for example 180 kgs - standard weight is 18kg per carton so no of cartons = 10)
    The ACTUAL goods receipt is for 10 cartons that weigh 196kg. Medius will translate that to 10.89 (196/18) cartons and post 10.89 cartons into the PO, leaving a QTY that needs to be written off manually in the ERP system (an extra step). I would like to see the…

  6. It would be helpful to be able to adjust the Tax code on a PO line without having to change the PO in the ERP system and then wait for an update. PO and GR in ERP do not create a tax applicable posting so the difference at that stage is not essential, however it is when we post the AP invoice. This would save quite a bit of time.

  8. We use the contract especially for the lease invoices. These contracts have a due of 72 months. When an invoiceplan is made we would like to have in the coding description the month and year. Now we have to manually change the coding lines in the invoiceplan for one leasecontract 72 times

  12. Hi,

    We currently run bulk operations on a large number of invoices in our Document Import due to a business rule we have related to Purchase Orders not being found. We run this every morning after new POs have hit Medius. We would like to be able to schedule a job related to bulk operations, so that this can be run automatically.

  13. Often we need to change an order based invoice to an expense invoice and the other way around. This is done by "Invalidate and edit".
    When we do that, the new document goes into "Document import" with the message that it is waiting for the original document to be invalidated, which makes sense. However, we need to keep an eye out for when the original document is invalidated before we can click on "Create" for the new document, which is a manual action.

  14. Allow SaC (same as cost) to be used as an auto-coding option for Free Text Dimension Fields.

    Presently free text dims cannot have auto-coding set to SaC which is annoying as for many customers, this means the only option they have is to "unlock" the coding so a user can manually enter the details at post control which decreases the straight-through processing rates.

  16. Authorization limits on multi-lines invoices are checked once all lines in certain sequence (for example, approvers of Round 1) are authorized, which prevents all the approved lines from moving forward to the approvers of the second round, in case one or few rows have not been approved in time.

    I suggest, as an option to the existing process, a possibility for the rows to be distributed to the next level as soon as they have been approved, each separately, with no regards to the approval status for the remaining rows. From our perspective, the faster the rows are forwarded to…

  17. Ability to add a notepad/comment or stamp on invoices just like you can on a PDF in Adobe. This way it is on the invoice itself and not in the comments sections which can sometimes get overlooked. When I utilized Kofax Markview it was called a "mark up" .

  19. Hi Medius,

    We're using the functionality of the Goods in Transit, so will fill in the number of days in the supplier data. Only when we will change a field in our ERP system for the supplier data, it will import again in Medius as a new supplier, with as results that the field of the goods in transit is empty again.
    Could it be possible that this field will not change when you will change the masterdata of the supplier in the ERP system. This is only applicable for customers that will do their supplier data outside of Medius.

    Our company is processing that many invoices (last year 167.000 orderbased invoices) that we have a lot of invoices in our inboxes in Medius (over 500).

    We have split our supplier on alphabet per AP responsible. For example, one AP team member is responsible for all supplier from A to E etc.
    We want to have the inbox organized like this so that they will only see the suppliers for which they are responsible.

    We were thinking about an Excel upload with all suppliers were you can fill in the name who is responsible. This person will only see…
