  1. The possibility to get email notification if the Office365 User Sync fails and why, when we add a user to a group they sync automatically if there is not a conflict, but if there is a conflict we get no notification and we cant see the error in an easy way either.

  3. Support the ability within the application (or at minimum via a support request), for the schedule/cadence of source data pull jobs to be customised.

    When using a SaaS ERP, there are many limitations and restrictions about API usage. The current method of "pull everything, every 5 minutes" is quite API call intensive against product like NetSuite.

    Being able to set a schedule for each data source (ie. accounts, suppliers, items, etc.) would allow the business the flexibility to keep data fresh, but also fit within SaaS API usage limits.

  4. I have had this issue multiple times since joining with medius. My invoices do not get imported to netsuite because 1 invoice is stuck in integration.

    Even when I locate the invoice and remove it, I have to contact support and it's usually a 24hour + before any response to restart it. I am in Australia and support are in Europe.

    Can you create an easier way locate the invoice that is making the integration stuck and a manual way to restart the integration into the ERP?

  6. Jag skulle önska att man någonstans kunde se ett fält där man ser vilket bankkontonr som leverantören har.

    Att man ser det direkt i Capture, Document import och Expense invoice. Detta för att underlätta så man inte råkar välja fel leverantör (om man har flera olika levnr på leverantören beroende på valutan och bankkonto).

  7. Felaktig avläsning av år på fakturan i ReadSoft gör att fakturan går in i bokföringen fast det aktuella året är stängt i M3. Om fakturan är registrerad 2020-12-22 går den in på tidigast öppnad period, t ex 2022-10-01. Borde inte Medius känna av att det inte går att bokföra på året 2020?

  8. We found that the D365 settlement data that feeds the Medius payment data includes records related to the D365 foreign currency revaluation process.
    Since these settlement amounts are 0.00, it's causing Medius to display the payment status as cancelled because normally we expect the settlements to total to 0.00 when a payment has been applied/settlement and then reversed/canceled.

    We have had discussions with Medius about updating the Medius integration with D365 so that the Medius payment information excludes such transactions in a future release.

  9. Today it's possible to get an URL if you have the supplier number and invoice number. This works great. But from our ERP we don't always have that information available and would like to be able to query Medius with voucher number and year. This would provide the possibilities in G/L reports to access the invoice data.

  10. I would like the possibility where people are marked as "on holiday" in their calendars in Outlook/teams to be integrated with Medius approval. Meaning if a task or invoice is distributed to that person, the task will go straight to the supervisor for approval. This will save time in the approving phase of invoices.

  11. When Medius updates PO lines from ERP, it can only update existing lines, add new lines, but it cannot remove the deleted PO lines.

    This caused some issues when invoice is connected to a deleted line on PO automatically, and end up at Final integration error stage due to the line dose not exist on PO anymore.

    If Medius is able to remove all deleted lines from PO when updating, it will save a lot of time from fixing the errors.

  12. Vi behöver alltid fylla i fältet för momsgrupp i konteringsbilden med en giltig momsgrupp (d v s fältet får inte lämnas tomt). För att hantera detta problem borde en ny Restriktionsregel skapas så att man förutom konteringsdimensioner skulle kunna välja om momsgrupp skall fyllas i eller inte. Se bifogat dokument.

  13. Add columns to the Import Management screen that will show the affected External System ID and the error received (example: "Issue with saving item (). Please reprocess the entry again.") without having to click on them line by line. The email notification with summary assists with the External System IDs, but does not include the error received. Also, the ability to export this table to Excel would help.

    Additionally, the ability to view the JSON data from batches that returned the processing state of "Error" would help.

  14. In our ERP it's allowed with intervals (e.g. value 1 to 1000 is allowed) without each individual number needed to be defined. This setting is quite widely used and causing problems for us rolling out the software. We are aware about setting up free text fields to allow this but it feels like a bad work around and would like to mirror this setting from the ERP (M3) like we can wether a dimension in mandatory or not.

  15. In order to reconcile the clearing account for preliminary bookings it would be great with an admin option to post all non-approved invoices to the ERP at period end. They would then be posted to their correct account according to their coding but retain their payment block until final approval in Medius.

    As a first step it would be acceptable that the payment block is removed manually by the AP team. A second step would of course be to develop an integration to handle the payment block / unblock as well.

  16. Currently, integration to ERP (in our case SAP) is done on a scheduled job / batch basis. Preference would be that postings occurred real-time.

  18. When an invoice is stuck in the integration you have to first abort integration message from the integration que, then you have to post the invoice again from the intergration error. If there is a longer stop in the integration it can be 200+ invoices you have to do this action on. It would go alot faster if there was a bulk operation for both abort integration message and post again.

  19. The integration supplier-import management screen displays the wrong time/date under the heading 'current time' this causes confusion and distrust of the overall audit-ability and makes troubleshooting difficult.

    For example the 'current time' was displayed as 22/10/2019 1.25am, the registering item time was logged as 10/20/2019 23:25:50. When the time in the country the user was in was actually 21/10/2019 2.39pm NZT.

    The suggestion is to display the time based on the timezone parameters setup for the user viewing the report.
