Invoices stuck in integration
I have had this issue multiple times since joining with medius. My invoices do not get imported to netsuite because 1 invoice is stuck in integration.
Even when I locate the invoice and remove it, I have to contact support and it's usually a 24hour + before any response to restart it. I am in Australia and support are in Europe.
Can you create an easier way locate the invoice that is making the integration stuck and a manual way to restart the integration into the ERP?
