Add columns to the Import Management screen that will show the affected External System ID and the error received (example: "Issue with saving item (). Please reprocess the entry again.") without having to click on them line by line. The email notification with summary assists with the External System IDs, but does not include the error received. Also, the ability to export this table to Excel would help.

Additionally, the ability to view the JSON data from batches that returned the processing state of "Error" would help.
