Fix time/date display on Import Management Dashboard
The integration supplier-import management screen displays the wrong time/date under the heading 'current time' this causes confusion and distrust of the overall audit-ability and makes troubleshooting difficult.
For example the 'current time' was displayed as 22/10/2019 1.25am, the registering item time was logged as 10/20/2019 23:25:50. When the time in the country the user was in was actually 21/10/2019 2.39pm NZT.
The suggestion is to display the time based on the timezone parameters setup for the user viewing the report.
Several of our customers require timely / scheduled updating of integration / import data from their ERP systems e.g. when new vendors are introduced to their ERP so that invoices can be processed against the new vendors. For a range of reasons the integration /imports have not always worked and as a result checks and investigation has needed to be made to establish what has caused the import issues.
As part of this work using the import management reporting has been necessary, and the failure of this reporting to show correct timing for our NZ customers has not provided our customers with confidence in the overall MediusFlow reporting capability.
