  1. I would like a data dictionary of all the fields. Example: Processing status means what and is used for what purpose. Date fields. Why are there so many different dates? Register date. if this is the same as created date. The advanced reports do not map back to the name of the fields in the report so it would also be nice if the names of the fields and use of the query in the advanced reports can map back to the normal reports so users can use it as a guideline.

  2. Having Order ID/Purchase Order number as a field to be able to filter on within Document Import would help with searching for specific invoices. We sometimes have up to 500 invoices within Document Import.

  3. It would be great, if we could inactivate the user without the prior need to remove all Supplier & Dimension responsibilities. There could be additional popup for security reasons, to confirm and then deactivating user, removes all the their responsibilities also.
    Today if we want to deactivate users, only way is to remove manually first all the responsibilities. And this can be quite time consuming.

  4. Solution
    The e-mails sent from Medius need to align with our company's E-mail configuration/Policy.
    To achieve this, the following steps need to be taken:
    • Medius to support DKIM (generate and provide us (your customer) with DKIM keys, cname or txt)
    • Medius to be able to change return path in outgoing configuration.

    Example:
    Return-path today:
    Return-path
    bounces+11297728-8caf-name.name=sandvik.com@em.mediusflow.com

    Return-path after change:
    Return-path

  5. In period ending we would like to send a reminder to all users to handle they're invoices. Today we can elect all invoices and send reminders. Unfortunately Medius then sends one mail pr invoice. That means that if a user has 10 incoives he receives 10 mails. We need a smart system that only sends one mail to each user even if he has several invoices pending.

  6. Add the ability to export to excel or Report on the details of Groups and Roles. For instance, I have a Follow up Group that I want to see the list of Suppliers that are assigned to that. I can only view those on the screen and they are in order that they were added. Supplier cannot be sorted, filtered, exported or reported on. Another example is an Authorization Group. We have one with a long list of Suppliers. I need to export those details to audit or problem solve.

  8. Hi all,

    We're using the functionality of the adjustments requests a lot, now want want to see in the reporting which AR is related to which PO/shipment. In the old advanced search we can find it, see attachment, only the field "identifier" in this attachment is not visible in the new report tooling, please advice!

  9. I'd like to be able to report on whether or not invoices have file attachments included or not.
    This would be used to audit procedures. For example, every Order Based invoice needs to have a file attachment. For us, the file attachment would be for the receiving paperwork.
    Expense invoices report that shows all Expense invoices and and indicator if there are file attachments

    I would be auditing to make sure that proper backup documentation is added to the expenses.

  11. I want to be able to set up that a specific supplier gets a specific label by default. In the same way that we can set a specific exaptions types by default for each suppliers for example.
    Our procurment team connect/match the invoices from diffrent suppliers and they use the labels to mark that this invoice is mine and can then sort on that label to see just thier invoices from the diffrent suppliers. If we can get this function they don't need to add the labels them self this will be automatic and save them time.

    I am raising this idea on behalf of customers that use API rules taking place after invoices capture. Today customers cannot adminitrate this API rule and it is a feature I would like to add in our administrator rights.

  14. Currently, MediusFlow will allow you to paste images onto documents via any field e.g when creating an Order based invoice, or in the Item Administration module. This means that pasting text from Excel also adds an image to the document as well as text to whatever field you are typing in.

  15. Many systems have a small question mark near each field that a user needs to complete. When selecting the question mark a pop-up of the definition of the field's intended use opens. This makes it easier to understand the fields on each form. Ideally, the administrator would be able to edit and customize any pop-up's to fit the companies unique use of the field.

  16. It should be possible to create a role and define availability so a user can be e.g. Read Only but not perform action on the task.

    We have a specific issue that some users should be allowed read only for e.g. the Access Key added to the role 'Integration queue handler role', so they can see invoices in integration status, but not change/press any buttons.

    There is currently no availability to make create a read only role covering this.

  17. Hi,

    It will be great when we can give our suppliers a log in and that they can only see there own invoices. Now they will call or mail us about open invoices or payments. When they can check the status by themselves it will save us a lot of work. The supplier notifications are not workable for us, if you will put this on you will only get more questions from suppliers, for example why they didn't receive the notification for invoices which they have send.

  18. We have done an analysis of the most common reason for invoices stopping in the document import. We see that the most common reason is due to duplicate suppliers in ERP(Suppliers with identical org.number and bank account/IBAN). Also several suppliers use the same banck account(Suppliers using factoring). By deleting duplicates from ERP, and setting suppliers inactive in Medius Flow we can do a lot, but in a large system with a lot of franchises which changes employees quite regularly duplicates is a recurring problem.

    To solve this issue, a "Smart" supplier match would be great. When the invoice is imported…

  19. Hi, it could be great to add a chatbot in Medius so users can address an issue and be reffered to online documentation/videos directly inline with their concern.
    No all users consult online documentation because it is a very vast information database and they do no find info so easily so the bot would fill this gap.

  20. Currently we have a report on open and closed purchase order. In the report closed orders we cannot see by who and when the order was closed, would be good for audit reason to have this in a report
