  1. I would like a feature which enabled you to bulk update the suppliers in Medius Flow from an excel sheet.

    We have a case where we need to add VAT nr. for our Norwegian suppliers for matching purposes in Medius Flow. However, we can't add this value in ERP due to the usage of this value in tax calculation etc. To bypass this we could have done a one time update from excel of all suppliers with corresponding VAT nr directly in Medius.

  3. It would be useful if the sorting order of columns could be added to Dashboards. Sorting order of columns could be handled by adding a numeric sorting order field for each column in the setup menu for Dashboards.

    It would also be nice if the user could choose which fields that are criteria fields by choosing Yes/No in the setup panel. See enclosed example.

  7. In order to target chokepoints and improve automation it would have been very useful to have a report showing all invoices that have been through document import and the corresponding reason.

    If each error message is given a code the report could show the invoice and the correspodning code which could later be checked against a list of error messages either directly in Medius Flow or in the success portal.

    This feature will enable us to target the chokepoints and improve automation with much greater accuracy than today.

  8. When creating reports for our team members we notice that some fields are available in one Report, whilst other reports do not have the same fields available. Yet the base is the same. To clarify my point:

    I create a new report for 'invoices' => here is have for example the options to include Current Task, Current Handler and Label(s).
    Now when i create a new report for 'Invoices - coding', i do have the option to select invoice fields, but not all of the fields that are available under the previous report. It would be great to see all…

  9. In our environment, MediusFlow application authenticates using SSO. The logout option in MediusFlow does not trigger a Global Log Out. In the event where a user clicks the log out button on a shared device and does not close the browser, the application can be accessed by whoever uses the shared device next, with permissions to approve / reject pending invoices and browse past workflow items. This is a security issue and must be fixed by MediusFlow.

    There is a risk that a vendor could send fraudulent invoices and work together with an employee to approve these and initiate payments.…

  10. When you apply dimensions in an attest group I would like it to automatically be sorted by number. With many different dimension in each group it is easy to register a dimension twice and the list is unnecessarily long. It would be easy to see that all dimension is correct if the list is in number order.

  11. When creating reports you can add filters which is great. Unfortunately the report filters (in edit reports) are insufficient, compared to the filters you can set on column names when you ran the report.

    For example: When you have run a report (with less then 2000 rows) you can click on the filter icon on the column name and select way more options than you can on the report filters itself. why are they not available in the edit report immediatly? This might help to overcome the 2000 row limit as well.

    some examples are: "Contains", "does not contain", "starts…

  13. Admin to have the ability to "emulate" a User's screen so that they can see if there is an upgrade needed to provide additional access to the User. This would be "Read Only" so that we could not "code and approve"

  14. The admin section should not be open to ordinary users. Although they cannot change anything, the dialogue is confusing and they do not need to be able to see all the information. For better illustration, see Ascendo's function.

    Admindelen bör inte vara öppen/läsbar för vanliga användare. Även om de inte kan ändra något, så är dialogen förvirrande samt att de behöver inte kunna se all information som ligger upplagd.

  16. Another nice feature would be to be able to adapt the filters without needing to edit the report. For example: report invoices for supplier x. would be nice to change the name of the supplier to supplier Y and rerun the report with the need to edit the report, save it and run it again.

  17. When using follow-up groups we have to create follow-up groups containing dozens of suppliers. On creation, each supplier has to be added by hand one at a time. After creation, maintaining the suppliers in de created group is difficult beacause sorting of suppliers seems random and not all suppliers lists in one screen so you need to scroll through the suppliers. Also finding if a supplier is (already) listed in this list is just searching by hand in dozens of suppliers.
    Also possibility of using wildcards on supplier fields to add/include multiple suppliers would be handy.

  19. Currently users cannot be made inactive when they have open documents. This creates audit issues when an employee has been terminated.

    Suggestions
    - User can be made inactive
    - Maybe a function to bulk transfer their open documents to another user

  20. In dashboards; If you change a search criterion and opt out of the box, it would be nice if a new search will be automatically triggered, so you do not have to manually click "search". While the tab-function helps you to move to the next box without starting a new automatically search. For better illustration, see Ascendo's function.

    I dashbord; om man ändrar ett sökkriterium och entrar sig ur rutan ska ny sökning triggas automatiskt av "enterknappen", så man inte manuellt behöver klicka på "sök". Medan tab för en vidare till nästa ruta om man önskar ange fler sökkriterier.
