  1. It is very difficult for a public company to have to wait for an unknown number of days in January to receive the SOC 1 report. It is too risky for the audit. It would be great if Medius could have a SOC 1 audit year of October 1 to September 30 like most other service providers, in order to get a SOC 1 report out in time for customers and their auditors to do reviews.

  2. There is no date/time associated for when a Document Validation Rule was either activated or when it was deactivated.

    This would help audit when rules were created along with corresponding invoices to determine if they missed the timing on having a rule applied. Would also help determine when a rule was turned off and the corresponding behavior related to it.

  5. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the GL account (Dimension 1) and all of our dimensions on expense-based and order-based invoices within the invoice line details reports. Right now we have to run 4 separate reports for our accruals. One for expense invoices, and then 3 for order-based invoices: Open invoice line details, PO Goods Receipts (for GL account (or item number)), and \PO Line Coding (for all other dimensions). It is so inefficient. It's ok if the Invoice line details can't pull in Item number if the PO is for an Item but why can't…

  7. I want to be able to add a minimum amount to which costs can be accrued. In this way, you cannot accrue costs under a selectable amount or you get an error message.

  9. Hi,
    I think it would be a nice feature to have to be able to merge users and their rights.
    The main usage for this is when someone leave your company and you need to replace them with a different approver.
    Instead of changing all users that are affected by the change and adding new approval rights for the person that will take over it the merge could help and speed up the change.

  12. To get more information on the same place, I would recommend to change the Home view in Medius into Medius Status Dashboard page instead.
    Therefore we would have important status information and the system in one place.

  13. Need Purchase Orders-coding to include line level delivery date since the coding is at the line level.

    I am trying to run a report to pull all PO lines that also includes coding fields, PO amounts, receipt amounts, and all relevant dates. I am using this report builder and selecting the Purchase Orders-Coding table. But, the Purchase Order: Due Date field is pulling the header due date. I need the line level due date since I am pulling it by line.

  14. To create a POP-UP remark when you want to approve your invoice without saving the remark or attachment.

    This way remarks or attachments don't get lost.
    Also there wont be unnecessary back and forwarding of those invoices for forgotten remarks / attachments.

    Or when you hit send and forgot to approve your own line. The red line is noticed very late by users because Medius automatically goes to the next invoice.

  15. Det hadde vært fint om en kunne hatt alle alternativer tilgjengelig når en skal lage rapport. Dvs at en ikke velger rapportkategori, men kan sette opp rapport basert på alle alternativer på tvers av rapportkategori under filter og felt.

  18. It should be possible to edit all default email templates in the system to make them more consistent with the individual company style, ideally including branding, and to make them more informative for the recipient.

    The templates should be set at admin level and apply to all modules, e.g. events, contracts and activation emails. (I know it's possible to edit emails in Sourcing, but they have to be imported individually to each event which is of limited usefulness.)

  20. Have the possibility to change the verbiage in the mobile interface.

    Example, when an invoice is approved but the limit was not sufficient to move it through, the second approver receives this notice
    "Please approve as verified by XXX"

    It should read
    "Reviewed and approved by XXX"

    Also, they see "Assigned to you by four eyes principle policy" Four eyes principle is mainly a finance term. Other approvers won't necessarily know what it is.
    Should be replaced by "Approval required as per corporate approval matrix"
