  1. Currently, we stop these invoices from posting by not having any automatic coding for negative qty deviations. Problem is however that our provisions are now created wrongly.

    Therefore, we would like to add new document validation rules + validator:
    1) a document validation rule for negative quantity
    2) a document validation rule for positive quantity
    3) a validator that really doesn't allow us to overrule the validation rule when a negative quantity deviation exist.

    If these rules and validators are in place, we can use automatic coding for quantity deviations, so our provisions can be made correctly.

  3. Administration: Bulk operation in Administration requires to select page per page and than execute the bulk operation. It would be much more efficient to have a "select all" function. When we click on this one, everything is selected, also the data on the next pages. If you filter, and click than on "select all" than it should select all filtered data at once.

  4. When you create follow-up groups I want to be able to exclude for example dimensions that you don´t want the user to see (this is possible when you create authorization groups). Today you have to enter all dimensions that the user should be able to see. This results in almost impossible set-up concerning dimensions (for example account - dim 1) where you have a lot of variants. It would be much easier if the function allows to exclude, not only include dimensions.

  5. Administration: This would make it easier to setup some settings for multiple suppliers at the same time. For Example: change the tolerances on supplier level: in stead of changing that one by one supplier, you select all suppliers of a certain profile and change the tolerance at once.

Bulk maintenance of notification does not support role related maintenance - if you want to change all users of a specific role you need to find out which users have this role and tick on all users of this role - with view of dozens or hundred of users we have in GB the maintenance of settings is quite time consuming with that limitation (and open to human errors).

  11. When setting up users, it would be great to have simple User Personas.
    Example:
    I know that Jenny is an Approver, so when I set up Jenny's user I just want to say that she's the persona "Approver".
    Having done so, I want MediusFlow to assign all the roles and privileges appropriate for an approver.
    We could probably get away with just a few personas:
    1. Approver
    2. AP
    3. User admin
    4. System admin
    5. Auditor

  12. Extend bulk update with a list to track which users or roles or whatever has been updated in the tab where you work, otherwise not visible what you have done/not done. Easier to track possible error when marking users and you get a clear picture of what has been.

    Business case:
    When bulk updating for instance a bunch of users with different roles in different companies it sometimes is hard to keep track of what you actually have marked to change. If there's a lot done at the same time you can easily miss something and when the bulk update…

    The current function to go to the “Enterprise”, select the <level>/<company>, enter <responsible> and “save” is enough if you work with one or two companies and/or have everything on Root Level. User can have multiple companies and for instance Cost Centers on company level.

  15. We have two identity providers configured in MediusFlow. If you select the option "Always log in this way" a cookie is created with an expiration date in 7 days. That cookie should either be set to a far distant future date, or be refreshed each time the user interacts with the system.
