Deviation comment box merge with normal comments
Any comments mentioned in the deviation approval box should show up in the normal comments / history of an invoice. We would also like the mention future (@name) to work in the comment box

It should be somehow distinguished from normal comments.

We would like to see the deviation comments in either the comments tab or within the history so we do not have to look in multiple places to trace workflow routing changes by the end-users.
