If we put an invoice on hold, it means we need more information to approve it or we need a job to get done before paying the supplier. It can takes several days/weeks and we would like to remove the notifications for those invoices.

We agree and the trend is to NOT send mail to employees during weekends.

När man får notifikation om ny faktura i inkorgen eller påminnelsemail så vill vi att det istället för att det ligger en rad länkar till varje faktura ligger en länk till inloggningssidan och att man sedan kommer till sin inkorg och att man då ser alla fakturor som ligger där.
Så att man inte kommer direkt till en faktura utan hamnar i inkorgen och kan välja vilken/vilka fakturor man behöver hantera och i vilken ordning.

We want the opportunity to avoid email notifications on weekends.

Possibility to change the "Every 1d" to new option "Every 1 WORKING day" (or Business Hours). We experience that users delete notifications without looking especially on Mondays, because on Monday morning they receive 3 notifications (Saturday+Sunday+Monday) and we are not working on Saturday+Sunday.

I would like to have it more obvious in emails which role i have in relation to the invoices mentioned in the email.
