It is possible for our cloud-op team to increase the time for automatic logout, but it will effect all users. What time to you want to have?

Hello! This is also a very upsetting and time consuming problem for us. It's enough to get a phone call and suddenly you're backe to square one.
A possible solution would be that the system returns the employee to the screen she was at upon logging in again.

Yes - I definately agree! A lot of our emloyees working with Medius as "side-program" are heavily affected by this.
Example situation:
Acoountants are searching for invoice details from Medius and then doing major work on other programs. And now when returning back to Medius, to make another search on same conditions, on example another supplier - log-in is needed again and all filters and etc. must be reconfigured again.
Very annoying and time consuming! -

Medius automatically logging-out users every 15min that is inconvenient and time consuming when you lost the current work you were doing.
