bulk operation: possibility to "select all"

Administration: Bulk operation in Administration requires to select page per page and than execute the bulk operation. It would be much more efficient to have a "select all" function. When we click on this one, everything is selected, also the data on the next pages. If you filter, and click than on "select all" than it should select all filtered data at once.

    When you have 100s of users that you want to bulk update, it is annoying to have to click "select all" at the top of each page, as the select all presently acts as a "select all for page" rather than a real "select all" for all data.

    Customers have asked for this button to either be upgraded to actually select all or for it to be labelled more clearly and a new button added which is actually a select all.
