    So this issue has been long without conclusion. I would concur with the other users that it would be much, much easier that we could create a persona, eg "Marketing Manager" and that all the roles, responsibilities, dimension limits, authorization & follow-up groups are assigned to that persona. When the Manager in that role moves on, it's easy to assign the persona to the new member of staff rather than having to look back and re-create a new profile. If we cannot create a new persona then the ability to clone a member of staff together with everything assigned to that person i.e. the roles, responsibilities, dimension limits, authorization & follow-up groups etc. would also be a good option.
