notification for new comments when @comment send/receive on the document previously
Often when staff send an @comment to users the user will reply but forget to @comment the original commentor, our customers would like the option to turn on a notification that says "new comments" for any document they've sent and @ comment from or recieved an @comment from previously, so they don't miss important updates about the document.

This would be a good feature, but comments should be then build in a way, that one conversation doesn't interfere with other in the same invoice. When we are posting a comment, another user should have ability to replay to that comment. And then only we should receive notification, not people who are in different conversation in the same document.
