Sorting invoices at dimension level in inbox and dashboard

For some of our companies, we have a large invoice inflow of around 100,000 invoices per year, so we also have several different groups of precoders who will handle these invoices.

Since they all have a common inbox, it is a huge problem for us when you cannot sort or select invoices based on cost center, it also feels unreasonable that we cannot in the dashboard sort the invoices based on cost center

For our Precoder and Approver it is absolute necessary that they can see and filter for the property cost center (dim2)
already in the Inbox and in dashboard.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for the moment.

We also need to be able to get this information in a report this has shown to be also a problem since we do not get all needed information in one report.

We need to be able to create one report with the following information to ensure a good workflow for our user with the very high number of invoices for Germany.

Currently it is not possible to have all this information in one report.

The Precoder must be able to filter in the report for the property cost centers, which he/she is responsible for.
They need to use the report as Inbox for the precoding since it is not possible because of the missing dim2 in the current inboxes and dashboard.
That is a big problem for us in the current workflow.
Labeling every invoice will take too much time due to the high number of invoices.
They need to filter exactly for their own property cost centers within their own precoder group.
