Add possibility to edit and/or delete a comment that was created by the user.

This is neccessary, if you have made a mistake during typing but currently there is no way to correct this.

if a logging is kept aswell. we have to be carefull that someone added a comment, AP or approver took actions based on that comment. If that comment has been deleted or changed after that actions, than this could cause many Discussions.
