when reject a document user should be forced to enter a comment
Currently you can reject a document without any comment. For follow up, why this document is rejected a reason from user is however necessary. So the system should force the user when rejecting to leave a comment.
(P.S.: Function also missing for reject invoices)

There is a validator (ForceCommentOnRejectionValidator)
to control this. Please enable the following validator to force comments for document approval
