Add multiple recipients per alert
Currently contract alerts only allow a single recipient. It would be very beneficial to have ability to add multiple recipients to an alert, without the need to create new individual alerts. Thanks!

Delete contract records past their retention date
Provide a way for system admins to delete contract records that are past their retention date. We want to be able to review a list of contracts that are more than 6 years past their end date, on a monthly basis, and decide which ones to delete. At the moment we can only effect the deletion by raising a support ticket.

Improve contract linking with pictorial representations and logic
When you select a record it would be great to see the linkages in a graphical format rather than line entries with some form of hierarchy understanding between master agreement and sub-agreements where relevant with capability to click select each record. When creating links there may be a requirement to build some logic rules. I will do some analysis and add examples in a file when I have time to better illustrate current and potential .

bulk edit contract status
I have 1460 ended contracts which I would like to archive. As far as I'm aware there is no way to bulk edit the status of a group of contracts.

Tidy-up of the advanced search panel
The advanced search panel is just a list of all fields we use on a contract. Whilst this a great to be able to search against a lot of criteria, the panel itself looks too cluttered and is a struggle to find the required field quickly.
It would be great if section breaks/headers could be added, which would visually help the end user to focus on the fields they are looking for.
Collapsing the search panel, after hitting update would also clean things up on the result screen.

Add additional validity dates to the contract entry page
So far, a notification is sent only for the end date of the contract. But there may be other important dates: the end of the bank guarantuee for example, or that the non-disclosure clause survives the end of the contract by 5 or 10 years.
It would be good to have these dates on the entry page so that the corresponding alerts can be created. Ideally they can be visualised as a time line.

Bulk download attachments in Contract Management
Bulk download option for contracts that have several documents stored. So for contracts that have say 6 docs on button to bulk download as opposed to downloading 6 separate times.

Proposal for User-Defined Document Names in Docusign
Currently, Docusign automatically generates document names from contract titles and references, potentially leading to confusion in the Signed Documents folder. We propose adding the ability for users to customize document names. This would improve clarity and make it easier to find and manage documents, particularly when dealing with a large number of them.

DOCUSIGN GROUP SIGNING
Organisations such as ourselves are moving from designated signers to group signing to support mitigation of single point of failure and enhanced controls.
Envelopes can be sent to several individuals who are eligible to sign or approve.
Only one signer from the group is needed to sign and complete the envelope.
Helps prevent a bottleneck or blockage in your workflow.

Sending a doc via DocuSign
When creating an envelope to send a document via DocuSign the reference and the title fields are blank. It would be more beneficial if the reference field was pre-populated by the contract reference number and the title was pre-populated by the contract information title.

Possible to select all entities when creating a contract
Today when your create a contract you need to manually add one by one the legal entities the contract should be valid for. Improvement suggestion could be the possible to have a option called select all.

Make the process for managing Joiners / Movers / Leavers slicker - I have done an audit of contracts following a large organisational change and found that I need to re-assign 250+ contracts to new owners
At the moment the option to manage this change seems to be only to work through these manually - rather than perform a mass change i.e. Enter Current Owner - Enter new owner - click Ok to move

Search bar in Contract - Documentation
I wanted to suggest an improvement to the Documentation section under Contracts. We often handle contracts with a significant number of documents, sometimes reaching up to 100 in a single contract. Navigating through such extensive documentation can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially when searching for specific information.
Adding a search bar would greatly improve efficiency by allowing users to quickly locate the information they need. Thank you for considering this proposal.3 votes
