  1. Today when your create a contract you need to manually add one by one the legal entities the contract should be valid for. Improvement suggestion could be the possible to have a option called select all.

  2. Currently contract alerts only allow a single recipient. It would be very beneficial to have ability to add multiple recipients to an alert, without the need to create new individual alerts. Thanks!

  3. Make the process for managing Joiners / Movers / Leavers slicker - I have done an audit of contracts following a large organisational change and found that I need to re-assign 250+ contracts to new owners

    At the moment the option to manage this change seems to be only to work through these manually - rather than perform a mass change i.e. Enter Current Owner - Enter new owner - click Ok to move

  4. I have 1460 ended contracts which I would like to archive. As far as I'm aware there is no way to bulk edit the status of a group of contracts.

  5. So far, a notification is sent only for the end date of the contract. But there may be other important dates: the end of the bank guarantuee for example, or that the non-disclosure clause survives the end of the contract by 5 or 10 years.

    It would be good to have these dates on the entry page so that the corresponding alerts can be created. Ideally they can be visualised as a time line.

  6. Currently, Docusign automatically generates document names from contract titles and references, potentially leading to confusion in the Signed Documents folder. We propose adding the ability for users to customize document names. This would improve clarity and make it easier to find and manage documents, particularly when dealing with a large number of them.

  9. Provide a way for system admins to delete contract records that are past their retention date. We want to be able to review a list of contracts that are more than 6 years past their end date, on a monthly basis, and decide which ones to delete. At the moment we can only effect the deletion by raising a support ticket.

  12. I wanted to suggest an improvement to the Documentation section under Contracts. We often handle contracts with a significant number of documents, sometimes reaching up to 100 in a single contract. Navigating through such extensive documentation can be time-consuming and inefficient, especially when searching for specific information.
    Adding a search bar would greatly improve efficiency by allowing users to quickly locate the information they need. Thank you for considering this proposal.

  15. Process maps to a Settings Option that mandates for all users. That impacts those who have a DocuSign License where non Medius users are then impacted. The rule is to select of the 4 available options for Document Visibility in the DocuSign Sender Settings, one of the first two must be selected. The 4 options are shown below:
    Must sign to view, unless a member of sender’s account
    Must sign to view, unless the sender

    Sender can set “must sign to view unless a member of sender’s account”
    Sender can set “must sign to view unless sender”

  16. Organisations such as ourselves are moving from designated signers to group signing to support mitigation of single point of failure and enhanced controls.

    Envelopes can be sent to several individuals who are eligible to sign or approve.

    Only one signer from the group is needed to sign and complete the envelope.

    Helps prevent a bottleneck or blockage in your workflow.

  18. Allow Admin user to select multiple countries via a tick box option (and all or under a cluster/region) when assigning countries to user. At the moment you have to add each one individually which takes a lot of time.

  19. Bulk download option for contracts that have several documents stored. So for contracts that have say 6 docs on button to bulk download as opposed to downloading 6 separate times.

  20. When creating an envelope to send a document via DocuSign the reference and the title fields are blank. It would be more beneficial if the reference field was pre-populated by the contract reference number and the title was pre-populated by the contract information title.
