  1. Currently it's possible to sort your dashboard search result on many columns e.g. vendor, dates, amounts etc. However it's not possible to sort on all columns and it would be very beneficial if you could also sort on columns like current task and current handler...or simply make it possible to sort on all columns. I know it's possible in reports but sometimes you just quickly want to have the option to do it in the dashboard as well.

  2. et finns ett behov att lägga till ett ytterligare periodurval i rapportverktyget.

    Det finns idag inte något fördefinerat urval i rapportverktyget för att kunna schemalägga en rapport som visar Rullande 12 månader från föregående månadsskifte.

    T ex har vi en rapport som visar genomsnittlig ledtid Rullande 12 månaders genomsnitt för den avslutade perioden.

    I CFO dashboard finns det ett motsvarande nyckeltal som visar 365 dagars rullande genomsnitt men utan att kunna välja att visa resultatet tom föregående månad som nyckeltal.

  3. Numerics fields are right-justified in most systems and countries. It should be like that at least when using swedish format, in all dashboards, reports etc.

  4. It should be possible to add the Comment field to the Advanced Search report (first page where you search for the correct document). This would make it easier to find the correct document since you would have an overview of all the comments, without having to click in to the document.

  6. When you have an existing search, where you have opened and looked at some invoices, would it be nice if they was highlighted for a few minutes, so you don't have to remember which invoices you have been looking at. For better illustration, see Ascendo's function.

    När man har en befintlig sökning, där man öppnat och tittat på fakturor, vore det bra om de blev markerade några minuter (fet eller smal text), så man inte måste komma ihåg vilka man varit in och tittat på. Se koncernbolaget Ascendos lösning på detta.

  7. Presently customers must run two reports and combine them in excel (outside of MediusFlow) to support their accrual requirements.

    1.Please add the field "Delivery Date" into the Purchase Order-Coding BETA report

    or

    2.Create an Accrual Report
    this would need to include the following key fields:
    a-Purchase Order Identifier
    b-Purchase Order Line Number
    c-Purchase Order Register Date
    d- Purchase Order Currency
    e- Purchase Order Amount
    f-Purchase Order Line - Received Amount
    g- Purchase Order Line - Connected Amount

  8. Hi,

    Is it possible to use a separator, e.g. ; or , to search for more than one value for dimension 2 please?

    For attached image, currently I am only able to search one dimension 2 value at a time.

    For example, how do I search for dimension 1 (420) linked to multiple dimension 2 values (e.g. 49410, 56110, 56410, 56420 etc) at the same time?

    Any ideas please?

  9. invoice report offers created date (and created time stamp) information and based on this you can analyze process time frames e.g. archived date vs created date or created date vs due date (e.g. how many invoices have been created before or after due date).
    However you miss the information whether this created date is really the original creation date of the document or the date when created by invalidate and edit (which influences your analysis). Since in case invalidate + edit was performed you have just the date when it was created using this function but lack the information (a)…

  10. It would be useful if there could be a free text caption in the gadget setup. See enclosed example for a dashboard for invoices including one gadget for "open invoices" and one gadget for archived invoices.

  11. In Italy we have as in Spain and Portugal special tax apart from VAT called withholding tax (“retention vat” in MediusFlow).
    It is handled by adding a special tax code called retention VAT separate from VAT in the coding
    This code is created with standard tax function in MediusFlow in the tax settings. So no special fields but standard tax code fields.
    However in selection for creating reports in report function there is only a selection for VAT code but not for other codes and using this selection it exports only the VAT code.

  13. In dashbord "Omkostnadsanalys" you can choose companies, but the bars are still displayed for all companies to which you have access. No warning is given, and it is not certain that you find out that it does not work. The information says very little as you cannot control each company.

  14. When there are fewer than three letters, you can't find a supplier, it would be good if there was an explanation, so you don't think the supplier is missing. For better illustration, see Ascendo's function.

  15. When searching for invoices in dashboards, you simply want to be able to choose bundle view and on that bundle view it should show information regarding accounting, attestants and our own economy systems invoice number.
    När man söker fram fakturor i dashbord, vill man enkelt kunna välja buntvisning och på den buntvisningen ska det framgå info om kontering, attestanter och vårt eget lev fakturanummer. Buntvisning inns i koncernbolagets Ascneod "sökfunktion" och effektiviserar nnär man tex önskar söka efter mönster mellan hantering av fakturor.

On user related reports set up for monitoring (e.g. user roles, authorization groups, follow up groups, ..) it is good to have the information when the user was created (time stamp) in order to filter on e.g. newly created users. Since we have some hundreds of users with a lot of related roles, authorization groups etc. it is good to have a filter to reduce the output list in order to speed up creation of report and review of the results.

  17. Currently document approval module is not integrated in the reporting function. It is only possible to create reports in advance search. For the case we would be forced to migrate from Advance search to report function we would need the capability to create reports on documents from document module (given that we need to monitor them).
    Following values are needed for the report:
    1. Company
    2. Custom Text Field 1 - Supplier name
    2. Document Number
    3. Document Type
    4. Current Task
    5. Current Handler
    6. Created Date
    7. Custom Date field 1 - receipt date
    8. Custom Date field…

  18. It would be helpful to have a report filter that includes "Previous Month and Older". Right now we can do previous month OR older than that but there isn't an option to see both together.

  19. In current advance search a report can be created on which follow up groups are added to a user. This report is lacking in the new reporting tool. Since follow up groups are an essential user right we need to monitor that. Once we would be forced to migrate from advance search to reporting tool this report must be available.
    Report should contain following values:
    1. User (First name, Last name, user name)
    2. Follow up company (or level)
    3. Follow up group (assigned to 1)

  20. If one open an invoice in Advanced Search and makes an adjustment in some way, one should come back to Advanced search again afterwards, not end up on the start page. Results in unnecessary extra clicks.
