The ability to mark a supplier 'Active'/'Inactive'
When looking at the supplier details, having an 'active'/'inactive' visual indicator would be great. Even better if this was linked with a Contract in Contract Management. So we could quickly see who was under contract

Expired Dates on SRF's
Would it be possible on an SRF to get the questions that require an expiry date to flag back up as an unanswered mandatory question if the date occurs in the past please? This would make it a lot easier for suppliers to identify the questions that need updating, ie insurances, policies etc

UI improvement for Supplier 360 Event Alerts navigation
The event link in the Event Alerts widget does not take a user direcly to the supplier response, but lands on the Monitoring tab of the questionnaire. From there additional two clicks are required to get to the supplier form: 1) search for the supplier again 2) click on the supplier name to bring up their response.

Supplier Reports
We would like some reports to be run in SIM for audit purposes.
1) A list of active vs. inactive suppliers
2) A list of suppliers added or disabled during a given date range
3) A list of all suppliers modified during a given date range (address change, bank account change, etc.)3 votes -
Integration with Microsoft Outlook/Teams
Creating Supplier Meetings function needs to interface with Teams or Outlook to create the online meeting/ call. Otherwise you have to duplicate effort and so the functionality is not being used.

Docusign within Supplier Management
What we have found is that there are other documents that require signature that relate to the relationship between us and our suppliers, NDA's for example. These tend to be documents that we want signing completely separate to contracting documents.
Would it be possible to add a feature to the roadmap whereby the Docusign features could also be used within the supplier 360 area to essentially send other document types for signature. Or maybe this is something that Medius are already planning?

ESG Accountability within Supplier Records
Fields and reporting within supplier records to easily recognise and report on how environmentally friendly and diverse our supply chain is and to evidence how environmentally responsible we and our supply chain are.

Supplier Marketplace
Portal whereby any organisation can register their company details to make themselves available/selectable for RFP/quote. Company details are shared/available to all Medius clients. Company details fields to include ESG so that Medius clients can ensure that they consider diverse and environmentally friendly suppliers within their supply chain.
