  1. After an envelope has been sent for approval, it would be really useful if the envelope originator or admin could have the access to reassign it to another person without having to void the contract and recreating the envelope. This would be for example in case a signatory has left the business and someone new needs to sign.

  2. Add a new contract status called 'Renewed'. To be set when the renew functionality is used in the system.

    This is so renewed contracts don't just show as 'Ended' to give better visibility of renewals.

  3. The ability to move/reallocate a locked document to other sleeves, so we can organise signed variations, change notes etc with their original documents. Documents are locked when they go through Docusign, and the PDF produced is locked and saved in one sleeve. Would also want to amend the document title, description to enable people to find it/ have housekeeping to keep contracts tidy. This should not/ would not impact the actual locked “File Name” of the document that has been signed.

  4. The new functionally for archiving contracts is now 'live', however there's no option to back-out of archiving a contract, if it's archived in error.

    Please can we have the ability to reverse the status.

  5. 1 - Prepopulate document title field with document attachment name and make it editable if a user wants to change it.
    2 - Make 'Contract' type the default option upon document upload. Currently, it defaults to Supporting Documentation which most customers have to change. This small change would eliminate the need for additional click.

  6. Ability to split a PDF once it has been signed and save as separate documents under documentation tab for easier organization. Currently, PDF comes back as a signle file, but it may contain different documents.
