The outbound email for a supplier invite comes from a Medius email address. Apart from a customer brand name in the body of the email, it's all Medius branded which is confusing to suppliers.

Discussed with Dan Olivera and Dom Urmson who are supportive as they think personalisation will benefit all customers:

1. Personalisation capability so email can come from the Medius customer instead of Medius (if a customer has more than one brand / company name, flexibility to add >one email address. Reduction of queries from suppliers about who is Medius, easier white listing, as it's from a recognised email address.

2. Ability to add a logo in the email in place of the Medius one so it's clearer to suppliers who is mailing them.

3. Section of free text in the email body so Medius customers can add contact details e.g. email address / telephone and accompanying message. Usage case - as non-reply email, can point them to where queries should go

4. Able to add a Medius customer name in title of email so clearer to suppliers who is mailing them and why

5. Configurable text within the auto-reply if a supplier replies to the email address to include details of how to contact the Medius customer
