Need to end the ability to create new messages on an event. It is still possible for suppliers and buyers to create new messages on events with a status of both closed and archived at the moment. For audit purposes we need to have definite end of all activity on an event, including messaging. I suggest "archive" would be the logical status to do this, but open to ideas.
