If you apply credit invoice for all lines it changes the quantity and the amount. It is not possible to choose only for quantity or only for amount
Now we to change manually the quantity if the supplier put the quantity positive and the amount negative

When working on the invoice in Capture, click "Apply to line-items" and this is changed on line items.
